Room's sound insulation was poor. Walking initiated creaking noise on the floor which leaked through to the room all night. There also seemed to be a blockage in the toilet which made a loud noise with the tap being on.

Room was way too hot, it was on 2nd floor and there was no lift or assistance to take baggage up. there was only 1 option for breakfast, could do with coffee shop area open earlier with breakfast sandwiches or similar for those that don’t want full English.

Although the rooms were clean. They were bare with no picture on the wall. For the price I paid I expected a little decoration. The noise traveling from other rooms and the corridors were bad.

Let down by small bed uncomfy pillows, noisy guests. Smell of marajuana in hotel corridors. Shower wouldn’t adjust very hot. No batteries on tv remote control. Very disappointing. Check in time very late 4pm when check out is 10am. Not good value.

The cleaning staff were desperate to get in to clean the room. They even chappedbthe door to remind us it was a 10am check out. The vast majority of people will respect this. So no need to be inpatient.

I thought I got a bargain when I booked because I was thinking to past stays, but what I had was a budget internal room with a small double bed, still good value but not what I was expecting. Although the bathroom was large it lacked basics like a towel rail.

I've stayed here in the past when it was a Hilton so I know it has potential. The bathroom was almost as big as the bedroom.

We couldnt sleep most of the night because it was too hot in a room and there was no fresh air or conditioner. Windows only opens 2 inches. Very uncomfortable night with no sleep

Not enough parking. Charging for towels for the swimming pool is ridiculous when you are staying there. Being asked to leave the pool after 1 hour when you were the only people in there was bizarre, especially when it remained open. Nothing on the TV for the kids. The amusement areas need upgrading.

The small double room was ridiculous. The bed was tiny and uncomfortable and lots of banging doors - not deliberate - just really noisy. Even a budget hotel like travelodge has decent sized comfy beds. Really not good enough, not for the price.

The swimming pool definitely - it was great. The Woodshed bar was lovely - we loved that. The mini golf was fun, lots to do.

Firstly the staff couldn’t understand my Glaswegian accent even though the hotel in Scotland, the rooms We’re basic and when you moved around in beds they made terrible noise waking up other family members, no air conditioning on in any part of hotel so was very uncomfortable and we were very hot and sticky, prices were higher than expected and half the Funhouse was out of order

We got gave a room it was so small there was holes on the walls we asked to upgrade as it wasn’t even a room my partner is 6ft he slept on the floor the bed was 100 percent a single count move in the toilet we wur going to leave but a 3 hour drive home didn’t seem great after just driving there

The room was very basic for what we paid and bed not comfy at all. Bar server wasn't particularly friendly. Buffet was average considering the price. None of the machines worked in the hotel arcade (this upset my son more than me)

All the facilities in one place. Live music in the foyer, Pool was good. Play park had been done up since last here. My son loved it.
