The apartment clearly needs updating, it was very tired, especially the boiler!

The pool area was very nice. The location was in a quiet part of town.

But it was very dusty. The lack of soap shocked us. No shampoo or shower gel - that's okay. But there is no soap, the simplest thing for hygiene...

The location is good, the apartments are spacious.

No kettle or hairdryer. Apartments a 10min walk from centre - not an issue for us, although in the heat was sometimes a bit grueling, but definitely not ideal if mobility is an issue.

Keys were ready for collecting early, check in not normally until 4pm but they were able to let us in at 12pm which was great. I did notice that reception is closed between 2pm and 4pm so this may cause issues for some check ins. Room was clean, plenty of towels, sheets available. Air con worked incredibly well, even in the 38 degree heat wave! Pool and communal toilets well maintained, 2 lifeguards on duty.

The reception was closed and was directed to another hotel 200 yards away to check in. . The pool was closed which we wasn't informed about. Very disappointed in this. Rooms although were very dated.

It was worth the money, will come back in the summer.

If we came in the summer it would have been perfect. The first night we froze, no heating ac didn't work and neither did the hob or cooker. Phones reception next day and someone came out fixed the ac and the gob switches. 2 nights later we decided to cook pizza the cooker and it fused the apartment 8 times. We didn't cook again.

They open the reception at 4 PM and there is just one person receiving all the guests so you have to wait outside under more than 30°C (no shadow), for more than an hour to check in. The apartment's kitchen works with gas so you need matches to turn the stove on and they don't provide them so bring them especially if you are arriving late! The sofa bed is too small for a 16 year old. The nearest beach was too crowded, so if you are looking for a quiet place think on walking for another 20 min. or go there by car.

The size of the apartment is good. It has two terraces and the views were nice. The pool is also very nice. The beach is 20 minutes walk and you can find restaurants and bars in your way there. It is pet friendly.

This place needs to be modernized, it is very old looking. The description on booking is not correct, no restaurant, bar or pool tables etc and the pool is mainly for children, at 90 cms you can hardly swim in it. In reception I asked them how to get to the beach and the guy was not clear and the route is not clear at all. The kitchen has nothing in it, no washing up liquid or anything. I paid €250 for 2 nights and it was very expensive for what we got. We had ants in all the apartment and when I advised reception they asked if I wanted a spray to kill ants!

The beautiful swimming pools, with plenty of sun-beds, palm trees and bridges under which you could swim. The gardens and the air-conditioning in the living room.

There aren't enough parking spaces. We stayed 10 nights and never got within a 15 minute walk. Not ideal when it's in the heat of August. On site bar/restaurant closed and no food or drink allowed by the pool. 10am check out is a little early. Especially as check in isn't until 4pm. No Wi-Fi.

Great pools on both sides of the property. Only 15 minute walk to beach and less to shops, restaurants... Effective air con in apartment. Good size balcony, patio. Dogs allowed.

Very basic kitchen, it needs some more cutlery and utensils, the beds and pillows are not comfortable, great for a short stay not so for a long stay.

The location, the swimming pools, everything walking distance! Great for children. Good size apartment for family with young children.

The rooms needed some attention. Patio door didn’t lock, and a bedroom window didn’t shut. Aircon leaked all over the balcony. There is no shops/bar/restaurant - it is a 10 minute walk to the nearest shop. Not enough car parking

Small brown ant infestation. Hard beds. Had to ask for the hot water to be turned on. Remote control would not turn off television. Cleaners don't wear masks in the apartments and push past you on stairs in ignorant way. No WiFi. No iron. No clothes pegs.

Beautiful white complex. Gorgeous white architecture and design. Lovely gardens. Very spacious. Very light. Amazing views of the mountains. Very big inside. Well kept. Nice and quiet.

No air-condition in bedroom 1, no locks on bathroom door,in appt or public areas. No locks on any outside terrace doors, waterheater very rusty looked dangerous, curtains ripped and hanging off, no clothes dryer, outside light hanging by cable, appt for 6, but only table on terrace for 2/4 .no shower mat, in bath ,dangerous for small children and adults. I asked for a fan as it was 35 degrees, he told me there wasn't any, and gave me a spray for mosquitos.. The only plus was the pool and gardens were well cared for with a lifeguard always on duty.

The swimming pools were not working, empty, though information was that tjey work from april. During the first day, golf players broke the window upstairs, all our balcony was in glass (we were with 2 todlers), kindly asked to clean this- after lonv discussions they finally agreed to clean the glasses. However, had to send photis and ask to clean again, as smaller glasses were still left. Even after this and our request to take action about the broken glass above our headd, some small glass on the floor as well all broken glass up was still left, so we could not use the balcony during our stay - 3 days. The reception is placed in another hotel.- about 300 meter away, so all comunication is slow. Some furniture is new, but already broken.

Pool dirty and un clean .leafts n plastic bags in pool .life guards in phones .! We have been for the last 3 years except last year. We won't go again.. freezer didn't work food was ruined. Pool needs a paint around edges. No plug in Bath No lighter for the cooker .

Very noisy. A lot of movements of chairs and tables from the neighbourhood and very low control of it. The property should have a guard in the night in order to check noise and these issues.

The place is a typical Andalusian Cortijo with nice swimming pool.
