We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe only negative was the room was uncomfortably hot. My daughter lay on the bathroom floor from 2am to 4am to try and get some sleep. Credit though, we were provided with two fans, there was supposed to be one in the room but it was missing. It was a shame because it spoilt the rest of a good stay. No heating on in the room, just a hot day and a muggy night in a well insulated building. No one would have slept without the fans.
The breakfast was very good, so good I felt obliged to leave a gratuity and let the supervisor know.

United KingdomI thought I got a bargain when I booked because I was thinking to past stays, but what I had was a budget internal room with a small double bed, still good value but not what I was expecting. Although the bathroom was large it lacked basics like a towel rail.
I've stayed here in the past when it was a Hilton so I know it has potential. The bathroom was almost as big as the bedroom.
