We didn’t expect there would be renunciation, so unfortunately had to enter from the back yard while the hotel itself is really beautiful from the picture, especially the lobby which we didn’t get yo see

The hotel is located in a really nice place. The location is 10 out of 10 The room was clean and comfortable. There was everything we needed and the room was new.

A suitable hotel for a city break

    - the continental breakfast, poor and the refill very slow. I found in the 2 mornings either the juice containers or the coffee containers or the platters for sausages (only a kind of prosciutto cotto ham) and cheese (all the same assortment), those with croissants or empty baguettes and it was necessary after a while to we request that they be refueled. More attention is needed from the staff to these aspects. If you want to serve a hot breakfast, you have to pay 19 Lire - there is no refrigerator in the room - the windows are fixed, the room cannot be ventilated - no cleaning was done and towels were not changed at all during the 2 days of stay - the bells that can be heard from St Paul's cathedral I stayed 2 nights from Friday to Sunday and, unfortunately, on the night of Friday to Saturday the bells of the cathedral, which is in the immediate vicinity, could be heard all night. The bells marked not only every hour of the night but also every half hour, and even rang at three quarters of an hour; fortunately, the same thing did not happen on the night from Saturday to Sunday, then the bells rang only in the morning, around 7 o'clock. Therefore, I don't know exactly according to what rules the bells ring, but when they ring all night they are very disturbing, even and with earplugs - when we did the check-in and paid for the room, 50 pounds were withheld for the payment of the room as a guarantee for possible damages during the stay so it's good to have them with you a mention: the hotel is currently under renovation and you enter the hotel through a secondary, side entrance, not the main one

    - excellent location - comfortable bed - on each floor there is a drinking water dispenser and free half-liter bottles - coffee/tea maker in the room with reserves and tea bags - they have a lounge with free coffee, water, carbonated drinks, fruit and free snacks, where you can stay, for example, during your free time or after check-out, without needing the room card to enter there - there is the possibility to leave your luggage at the reception after check-out

The breakfast service was appealing with waiting staff arguing with customers, the breakfast items constantly running out, staff mucking about and being childish while customers are waiting to get seat. The waiting staff need some feedback and a manager overseeing them as it’s chaos at breakfast In the same restaurant on an afternoon meal the meal was interrupted by a waiting staff complaining we were taking so long to eat and it was time to leave , while other customers were unmolested.

Hotel is superb however the breakfast is provided by the adjacent Cote restaurant. The food is delicious. The hotel Itself has been refurbished and the rooms are excellent and great value for money and the location right next to St Paul’s is awesome.

The tv remote was missing but was not a big deal for us since we stayed out pretty much all day. If the room had a mini fridge, it would have been just perfect.

The hotel has a great location, just in front of St.Paul's Cathedral, 4 minutes walking distance from tube station and lots of bus stops just in front of the main entrance including the touristic buses. The room is spacious enough, I would say perfect size for a couple and has a nice side view of the Cathedral. I usually wake up very easily during the night so I was pleased to see that the room has double windows which made the room quiet enough to sleep through the night without getting bothered by traffic noise or by the Cathedral's bells. We liked the design of the room, the dimmable lights, the presence of many mirrors around the room, the retro style radio/alarm and especially the work station which was a dressing table opening up to a mirror and storage space for all cosmetic and accessory needs. We also appreciated the free water station available on each floor just in front of the elevators. We had nice lunch in their restaurant Cote Brasserie, the staff welcomed us on Easter day even without booking a table. Generally satisfied with our experience (so far the best we had in London) and we gladly recommend it.

The view was not what I expected, but for the price I paid was quite okay.

The location was quite perfect for me. Two underground stations near by and you could go to various places on foot. Lots of places to see, eat and shop quite near. The St. Paul's Cathedral is a must-see if you get to stay at the hotel, and it's like a 2-minute walk there.

The complimentary club lounge with all day snacks and drinks wasn't up to much but given so much choice on the doorstep of the hotel this wasn't a huge issue!

The check in process was smooth The hotel is in an excellent location The room far exceeded my expectations- maybe it had recently been refurbished. It was bigger than I expected and the decor and furnishings were modern and tasteful. The bed and pillows were dreamy.

The air conditioning didn't seem to be very effective but it wasn't a big deal as it was only April and not particularly warm

Great location near St Paul's cathedral. Easy walk to many tube stations and a lovely walk over the bridge to the Tate Modern. The Room was big by London standards and even had a kitchenette. Bright and clean and with a comfy bed. There was an iron and ironing board available which is great before going to a meeting after a long journey.

It looks like the hotel was recently renovated and had a strong smell of chemicals outside of the room, I'm not sure if it was something on the carpet or just the paint/ wall paper. It was only in the corridors, so not much of a problem. Have that in mind in case you are allergic.

The location is central, but not super busy. The rooms are brand new, with comfortable beds, and great showers. The lighting is well designed, with comfortable scenarios, master off near the bed, and subtle details appreciated by architects. Because of the location, I decided to have breakfast outside of the hotel, which was great since there are many options right across the street.

I hadn't realised the hotel is being refurbished and the Club Lounge was really small (although the complimentary drinks were really appreciated!) I am sure it will be brilliant once the original lounge is available again.

I was in one of the refurbished rooms and my room was lovely. The decor is really tasteful and the bed was very comfortable. A really nice stay.

£50 additional deposit held from check-in until 2 days after check-out. Not sure why this is necessary. Don't see the point of automated check-in if reception staff need to be there to guide you through it anyway. Never received room number text. Another guest knocked on our door looking for someone else. Staff must have knocked on someone else's door with our requested tea supplies because they definitely didn't knock on ours. Need a small window that opens to allow fresh air in. Room quite small for cost - paying for the location.

Good stay overall. Amazing location. Nice building. Friendly reception staff. Clean, comfortable room with good bathroom facilities and great TV. Wonderful little tea/coffee unit.

Lots of tour buses right outside the door so if your room is on the street side then it is noisy, you do get approached on a regular basis about taking these tours, after a couple of days it is tiring on saying 'no thank you'.

Very good location, felt relatively safe, our room was very quiet, had a little issue with the air conditioning and the staff were very helpful.

The hotel blocked the amount of 367.56 euros on the card on departure - I don't know why? They did not respond to my messages regarding the blocked amount, they released the amount after 7 days. It made my overall stay feeling uncomfortable. In one of the rooms we had booked it was very cold, the heating was not working, a technician came to look at it, said it was Ok and left. It didn't work.It was very cold in the room There was no extra bed ready on arrival, there were no towels in the room, After reporting, they prepared the bed and towels

Excellent location, possibility to replenish water in the corridor, We were allowed to stay early.

Since this was not the first time we had been to the hotel, the room this time was quite small compared with the previous time. It has the minifridge, as needed, but I missed the sink from the last studio-style room we'd got.

It is an excellent hotel because it is really pet friendly. This time, they had a door sign to encourage the staff to knock on the door before attempting to enter due to the room having four-paw guests. I think that was adorable, and it was a great addition to the service. Usually, I keep the "don't disturb" door sign on to make sure nobody will enter the room to not disturb my cat. The shower products are very good. The staff are really nice and helpful.
