We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceIt would have been useful if the information said that the shuttle bus was on request. We stood outside the terminal waiting for the shuttle bus for ages before ringing the hotel and then found out that the shuttle bus was on request and that we would have to wait another 30 minutes!

We don't normally book a hotel located at an airport but did on this occasion. The hotel was really close to the airport and was far better than we expected - we had low expectations. The hotel was easy to find, the staff were really helpful, the room was great and quiet and the transfers stress free. Would definitely use again.

United KingdomThe food was great in the restaurant but unfortunately the whole floor and corridors smelled of stale smoke. The carpets on floor three were really dirty on the main corridors, which was off-putting. The staff were lovely, and the room was ok, but i wouldn't go back unless i was assured about the smell as it seemed to come into the room. As non-smokers, you can smell it immediately. The hotel is in a fabulous position, so there are some plus points and the fact they have a curtesy bus is great too.

United KingdomThe only issue we had, was that the heating in the room was not working properly and it became very cool in there towards night time and staff were unable to resolve the issue. The heating panel in the room said that the heating was on standby and several attempts to reset it failed.
As always, the rooms were comfortable and provided a comfortable night's stay before travelling the following day. The hotel is so close to terminal 1, you can walk over if the weather is nice, but a free shuttle is provided to take you and your luggage to your terminal. The breakfast provided plenty of choice in the buffet and it set us up for the day ahead.
