Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

GreeceUnfortunately the rooms are outdated and in need of renovation. The double bed was small, and the mattress was uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel for more than a couple of days.
Great location near to main sightseeing and next to the river. River view rooms have a very beautiful and relaxing view. Reception staff is very polite and professional and was ready to facilitate us when we had a request. Parking is also available next to the hotel. Near to the airport too.

United KingdomIt might have been good to have berries on the breakfast buffet not just melon. You have to go to the bar to pay for soft drinks and nibbles which are in a separate area. It might be better to have these in a vending machine or pay for them at the reception desk? There was a large queue for the bar after the concert so a bit frustrating to queue if you only need a soft drink.

United KingdomWhen myself and the other 200 hotel residents returned from The concert we went into the Bar… however there was only 2 staff serving! Not their fault but the queue was very long and off putting. The bed was like a trampoline and the pillows were like bags of flour! Not the most comfortable sleep!To round it off … the hot water didn’t work in the shower the morning we were leaving!
Visited here for Texas Concert. location is on doorstep of OVO Hydro. Staff friendly and room standard for Hilton.
