Room bit tired and pokey. Need a receipt broken down by days and rate for expenses but they refused on several occasions to do that . Which means i couldn't expense one night for business travel when i was on business. Not pleased. Overpriced for quality of room. Wanted to book dinner in the eve of first night they said they were fully booked but on line booking system did have availability. Again unhelpful staff.

Great location good breakfast and comfy bed and great pillows linen etc. Very clean . Nice toileteries.

I phoned with a query, to the number listed in my confirmation from booking.com and spent over twenty minutes on the phone with the guy failing to find my reservation and eventually putting me through to reception at the hotel, who took ages to find it.

Stayed here with my son for a gig, brilliant location, clean, comfortable and good food. Couldn’t ask for a better place in a better location. The later check out time is definitely a bonus as well. Will definitely be back.

Rooms a bit small. Breakfast was average. Things like bacon and eggs were sitting under hot plate for ages, meaning both were very dry.

Bathroom a bit on the small side . Bit noisy in the morning as could hear the shower on in the room above , so just minor things really .

Chose this hotel as was attending a concert at the Hydro so it’s the perfect location , few minutes walk across the road . Clean & comfortable room & a lovely breakfast choice in the restaurant. Also nice terrace area to sit out with drinks looking onto the river .

Lack of hot water for shower Didn't pre book breakfast - went down to restaurant and asked if we could have breakfast - was told "there was other people still to come down"! we were paying full price for breakfast (£17 per head) - staff member was rather rude & just pointed "sit anywhere"! At almost £200 per night, we'd have thought the service might be better

I found the mattress very hard, which meant I didnt sleep well (this may just be my own preference though).

Fantastic location near the Conference Centre. Easy walk to train station. My room was nice, the furnishings were a little bit tired, but very functional. The breakfast was delicious and staff friendly and helpful. I also liked the convenience of having a guest laundry available. Hop on Hop off bus stop directly outside! Loved my river view through the window.

The fact that the restaurant had to restrict the menu options and delay service for other diners when it had to accommodate a 'large group' of 10 people on a Tuesday night was frustrating. Lack of any bottled water in the room combined with the fact that the hotel had 'run out' of bottled still water for the duration of my stay (3 nights) was disappointing.

The convenience of the location for my needs and the food in the restaurant in the evening was good.

After paying almost £200 for one night in a mediocre hotel room we were not permitted to have a drink in the bar as it was too busy for the staff - despite there being tables empty. The room wasn’t the cleanest with black mould in the bathroom both on the shower head and in the seal which clearly was attempted to have been covered by more sealant, window on the inside was filthy also.

Bed slightly uncomfortable according to husband, but wasn't that bad.

Good layout, loads of room, and plenty of storage. Nice view of the river. Great location for OVO hydro events. Food at restaurant was excellent!
