The arrangement is ingenious and suit us down to the ground. Not having a key was great because there was nothing to lose. The shower was fantastic and the bed was very comfortable. The room was compact and had everything I could possibly need in it.

No door on shower so bathroom floor got really wet when used. Door of room should close more easily.

The room is on the top floor and the heat is not doing me a favour. The room is still hot until after midnight because of the heat trapped in the room from during the day.

Room was a bit dark - but that was as expected as I booked it knowing there's no window.

Location - it served its purpose as I wanted to be near Brighton College. There were tiny details that made the stay pleasant such as the supply of coffee, tea and hot chocolate as well as biscoff biscuits for room guests. Gavin, the owner/manager was very accommodating and responsive.

Parking for disabled is limited close to the hotel but available a couple if streets away .

It was a lively room with a belt en suite wet room in a nice area of kemptown close to nice cafes and local shops about a 10 minute walk from the coast and 15 minute walk from Brighton town centre .

Amazing Bed sooooo Comfy Had a room with a wet room and bath in the bedroom both clean and loads of hot water. Great Stay would advise a parking permit as i did from the property.

Our room was swapped from a larger ground floor room to an upper floor without consultation. Luckily we had no mobility problems but we had chosen the lower floor room because it had a table to sit at and more room for my teenager and myself. If it wasn't self check in we would've been able to discuss this with someone. We had paid a higher price for this room too.

We had very little direct contact with the staff, when first arriving, and during our stay - with the exception of a member of staff briefly directing my wife and I to our room. The location wasn't easy to locate; the room was small and basic, and only minor details were provided.

The king-size bed was comfortable, and the shower room was spotless and spacious.

Pricey for room only, and not a big room either, but guess that's Brighton in peak summer. Messaged 24 hours before our stay about bag drop off as.we had tickets for an event and didn't want to carry our bags around. Never had a response which is poor

We couldn't hook the TV up to the WiFi or even tether it to my Mobile so the options for streaming services are not accessible and the TV signal was poor in the room we were in. And we ran out of tea because we're very big tea drinkers - as really the rooms had lots of tea, milk, coffee, chocolate, etc. And we didn't ask for more so our bad really, and there's a convenience store within 2 mins we could have restocked from, of course.

The location is nicely out of the centre of town but not too far. The access is easy; the room was tastefully furnished and comfortable.The walk-in shower was great. And the little cafetiere was a nice touch.

The room and shower were pretty small and felt quite cramped. I know this is mentioned on the blurb in the room, but it isn’t great that there isn’t a shower screen at all so the toilet gets soaked when you have a shower - and then you have to wipe it all down with your towel before you can use it. There were the corners of the milk sachets still left on the top of the cupboard from previous residents.

Good value for money. In Brighton during August this accommodation offers a good deal. The bedroom was small, as was the bathroom but for the price, it was fine.

Lack of accessible parking during the on the beach festival. Had to book a private driveway parking space which was a 20-min plus walk from the hotel.

Location was great and within easy walking distance to town and beach.

A little smaller than expected, not much room for bags etc around the bed. Matress was a bit harder than I am used to, but that is down to personal preference.

It was clean and well presented. Small appliances such as a hair dryer and hair straighteners were included in the room. Nice touch with the tea and coffee facilities provided.
