Great location. Near Zel Am See. Easily Accessible by the skibus, but if you enjoy walking a beautiful walk around the lake too. Such helpful and welcoming staff. Breakfast was amazing each morning and on New Years Eve morning there was even a bottle of sparkling wine with sweet treats for us to savour. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. On one evening of our stay we experienced the sauna facilities - a lovely treat! We would recommend it as a base to explore all areas around there and hope to be back again in the future.

You cant order sauna on the day of the check-in. In my room the wardrobe was a bit wobbly... Location is a bit remote. Its a driving distance from any decent restaurant, but if you stop to eat on your way from the slopes, it doesn't matter (or grab some fast food & beers on the way and enjoy dinner with sunset on the balcony)

This was my second stay at pension Mühle. It provides great value and perfect location between multiple amazing ski resorts - so that you can choose by the weather in the morning. This place has all i need: Early breakfast simple and tasty. Room for ski boots with a ski boot dryer. Fridge at the reception with beer and soft drinks. Great view from the balcony. Sauna in the pension. Comfy bed. Also - Lots of hangers in the wardrobe :)

Bathroom was a bit on the smaller side, but that was not an issue. Closest restaurant is 15 minutes walking - which might be a lot if you are tired after skiing the whole day. And one more thing - this is not about the pension - but pizza in nearby restaurants sucks. choose something else :)

Room was clean, beds very comfortable. Breakfast was typical austrian - with warm bread, cheeses, hams, yogurt, coffee, orange juice... all was tasty, and fresh. Pension has sauna, play room (we didnt use it), and a room for drying ski boots - conveniently accessible from the parking lot. All of that is good, BUT the best part was the balcony. After spending a day skiing on the kitzsteinhorn, me and my friend came back to the room, sat down on the balcony opened a bottle of good rum, and watched the sunset in the sunshine, in total silence. Perfection.

Breakfast could be a bit more varied. Please bear in mind it's a bit remote from Zell and Schmitte, and the buses (ski buses) don't run frequently.

Very nice and clean. Lovely sauna (once per stay, than paid extra 10 Euro). Good breakfast. Parking space, ski room provided. The hosts provided us with all we asked for. Skibus stop Very close, but buses do not run frequently. Overall, a very good, true Austrian Pension standard. Highly recommended.

Pension Mühle is a very clean and relaxed facility, it has a little spa area where guests can reserve just for themselves, a hot water pool in the backyard. The breakfast is prepared attentively with adequate selection of fresh foods. I asked the landlord to prepare the sofa as a second bed for us, we were 2 adults, and she provided this without any extra payment. I also asked a water boiler in the room and she provided it for us. She is willing to support the guests in any possible way. The price is very good for the offer. I would recommend this place and would be happy to stay there again.

We appreciated the customer service, the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities.The lady was really kind and helpful. The spa was a great surprise, so relaxing and nice. The room was comfy and modern. There was a heated ski and boots room, very useful and practical. Basic breakfast, but really good. And very good coffee. There is a bus station close by, you don't really need to take the car. We would stay here again. Highly recommending it, great value.

The room was a bit small but functional.

Great stay with my friend for a weekend racing a triathlon in Zell Am See. Staff were friendly and accommodating, we felt like we were at home. They even offered to bring us hot tea in the middle of a thunderstorm as we didn't have boiling water (we said no!) Only a 9' drive from the main town, with great views from the balconies, this was a quiet stay like we needed it preparing for the race. I wish we had more time to use the hot tub and sauna! Next time :)

All in all we had a nice stay and I would go there again. One improvement could be the wi fi coverage in the room - in some areas the signal is poor

The stay at the Pension Mühle was more than excellent! Ultra clean and spacious rooms, excelent breakfast, well arranged parking lot (the newly fallen snow was removed early in the morning) and the owner was extremely friendly and hospitable. We also got to enjoy sauna and jacuzzi which was a big surprise for us.

The WiFi connection was not very stable.

The breakfast was good, with a very nice fresh bread rolls every morning. The pool and jacuzzi are very nicely built with a very nice view into greenery. We had a lot of fun also with the table tennis and the table football. The host was very kind.

-The staff wss very very rude -Not flex able in check out @9:00 am while the rooms in the pension were empty. -We stayed 3 nights, we asked for shampoo and soap she said only providing one time. -Not recomended to stay.

The room was so small we had difficulty opening our suitcase. There was nowhere you could put items like maps, computer, etc.

The hotel was in a good location, easy to reach the city and easy to drive to Kaprun. Breakfast was very nice and sitting on the balcony overlooking the lake was lovely.

I needed to leave the property earlier, on a separate train to the friend I was staying with. I asked another friend on the trip (who was staying elsewhere to help with my bags). This was explained to the female host and agreed with her that the remaining guest would pay for the remaining night and drinks, upon check out, approximately 40 min after I was due to leave. I had already paid for 5 of the night and the property had my credit card details. despite this, when my taxi arrived, a male host appeared and started shouting from the front door to the taxi driver and us that we could not leave as we had not paid. i explained the situation again and he said that he ‘hoped I was telling the truth’. this was both embarrassing and threatening. on this basis and purely on the experience with this man, I would not stay there again. The female hostess was wonderful.
