The room was quite small, we needed to move stuff around to make space for our suitcases. However, it was perfectly doable and I guess this can be expected in London.

The hotel was clean and pleasant to stay in. The breakfast was really convenient and tasty. Also, the staff was always really friendly.

Although it was nothing to do with the property - there were people chatting loudly ,on the street, below our window until 4am- both nights - made it hard to get a good nights sleep

Breakfast was a bit small and a lot of the food was quite cold. Convenient in a morning but not all that enjoyable.

The staff were superb and so helpful with any questions we had. Location is fantastic with a short walk to tube stops and a few nice cafes and bars nearby too. We even requested a late check out, the guy on reception was brilliant and sorted it straight away with no fuss

We were on a lower ground floor and the cleaners were extremely loud between 7-8 in the morning waking us up. Heavy handed with the hoover banging it into our door and on the floor above us which was a shame really.

The property was in a great location! Very modern decor and the staff were excellent and friendly.

The walls are paper thin. Maybe we had bad luck, maybe it is usual but both neighbor rooms had incredibly bad renters. One thought it is good idea to have a bath and collect the steam in a way, when he stepped out the smoke alarm went off at 1.am.... The other room had a habit to start talking extremely loud around 2.am. Did I tell the walls were paper thin?

Excellent public transport and close to parks, sightseeing buildings. Neighborhood seemed safe, though we are not really late night people so were back at the hotel latest 9.30pm.

Unfortunately the room I was in was very noisy from very early in the morning(5.30?) but after I requested to move rooms, the staff were very accommodating and moved me with no issues. The first room had the kitchen above, so it was the staff starting work preparing for breakfast.

Good location, friendly staff and nice and clean room with a nice shower. Value for money was good.

The bed was a little hard and the room was very hot.

Has some really good points; Great location, really clean and room layout is very good, optimising small spaces really well. Staff were pleasant and it was great to have a 24 hr reception. The only downside and its why we probably wouldn't return is the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and over 5 nights, it was a bit much. Otherwise a great little hotel in a great location.

the first room I was given was tiny and the heating didn't work. They had to find me another room. In the secnd room the remote control for the tv didn't work and needed new battereis

The bed was not very comfortable.

Location next to Hyde Park is quite good with underground and bus stops at 5 min walking. Also the receptionist, help us to arrive to the airport because there was a strike on train services. Very helpful.

Whilst the breakfast options were varied and very tasty, however we did not like the fact that it took quite long until items were replaced after the tray finishes and at times you would end up waiting quite long, hoping that the item comes out again. Also if you go for breakfast early or in the last hour, we also noticed that some items are not yet available or finish and are not replaced.

We liked the fact that our room was very spacious and exactly as described on booking.com. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked well. The only downside to the room was the adjacent room, which we could hear the noise by other people since only a door was in between our rooms. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel took note of our message to be provided with gluten free bread which we had sent ahead of our visit.

Sometimes they replenished tea/sugar in the room, and sometimes they did not. It is a minor thing.

The staff is really friendly. The hotel has (most likely) been renovated recently, meaning that everything is clean and nice. Breakfasts were amazing. One important thing to mention is that it was really quiet most of the time.

We got the basement room behind the lift so not much natural light and could hear the lift squeeking as other guests used it in the night.

I think the heating has a timer set and it was cold sometimes in the room at night and overnight but not a big deal for one night stay.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Byron. The hotel is very well located, very close to the tube station. It is quiet, clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Our room was compact, nicely decorated and very clean and the price definitely reasonable considering the area.
