Good breakfast. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff all very helpful and pleasant. Walking distance to town and archaeology museum. Free parking right outside.

We had a minor issue with a trip switch in the fuse box but it was sorted quickly.

We had a lovely stay at the Irida Hotel - our room was spacious and comfortable, with a fabulous sea view. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Nicole, who shared lots of useful information about what to see and do in Chania. Breakfast was also very good.

The hotel could do with a renovation. as everything dates back to the 80s. The pictures show rooms which must have been renovated, so maybe it is work in progress.

The breakfast was maybe a tad mediocre in the hot food section but otherwise it was brilliant.

The room, location, the staff, facilities all of which were excellent! Everything was clean and we were always greeted with a smile s lovely hello and goodbye. What a hotel!

Location was a bit of a walk to old town, about 20 minutes each way.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable for our 3 night stay. Breakfast buffet was very good & staff were all friendly and helpful. Wonderful view of the water from the balconies (our corner room had 2 balconies) and very quiet.

This hotel is a classic of its genre. It doesn't pretend to be a five-star establishment, but everything it does is of an exceptional nature. The breakfast (free with our booking) may have been the best I've ever had in a small hotel, and every surface, every nook and cranny in the public areas and in our room was spotless. The hotel is located a little outside the centre, but the walk into town is very easy - a pleasant stroll along the shore - and one bonus of the location is that we had no difficulties at all finding parking next to the hotel. All in all, a fabulous establishment.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable and relaxing with a great location near the sea. Breakfast is lovely. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again when visiting Chania.

The road in front of the hotel is very busy so sitting on the 1st floor balcony was a little noisy.

My room was very clean and very comfortable with a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast buffet, in the bright airy lounge overlooking the sea, was a great start to the day. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. 10-15 min walk along the seafront to Chania Old Town.

It was a bit of a walk to get to old town but still very doable

It was beautiful and comfortable with an excellent breakfast . I had had a lovely view of the water and lighthouse. All of the staff went above and beyond to help with any needs that I had in terms of phone calls, planning, and information. It is a wonderful boutique hotel that is well run and I would definitely stay there again.

A bit of noise was transferred between rooms because of concrete and marble wall and floor construction but really nothing can be done about that

Nice quiet, clean hotel. Good service, good selection and presentation for breakfast. Cheerful and courteous staff. Location is not bad but it is a little walk from old part of town . Beautiful view over the coast to the west.

I disliked nothing, to be honest!

The breakfast, with the wonderful youghurt and the bergamot jam was unforgetable. We’ve been in Chenia in Winter, with lots of wind and rain. I dream of it in Spring ou Autumn. Perfect location!
