Room was on the basement level, so we could hear all cars, trucks and cleaning ladies doing stuff early in the morning. Also the room was quite cold and we could not get the heating to work properly. Breakfast selection was small and same every morning.

The hotel is close to 2 metro stations and three lines which can take you to almost everywhere, so it was very convenient for travelling.

There was almost no room to open a suitcase with two people in a room! The elevator was out of service the entire time we were there, so that colored our feelings a bit, as we'd selected a hotel based on their having an elevator. There was a distinct smell in the stairwells when we arrived and obvious for the first 24 hours or so -- as if perhaps the carpets had just been cleaned and the cleaning fluid smell lingered.

The decor was lovely -- drapes especially. Breakfast was quite good -- staff at breakfast were very nice.

Rooms are relatively on smaller side but for us that isn’t a problem. This time we got the room facing the road so it can be quite loud as the window is not that thick. On our first night, there was a drunk guy talking loudly on the phone a few metres away from the hotel corridor. My husband went to inform the hotel front desk and he went immediately to solve the issue. Also upon check out this time, we were told that one of us had the breakfast on one of the day we stayed but we never had any breakfast at the hotel. In the end the hotel waived it and did not charge us for that

Location of the hotel is perfect. There’s 2 tube stations near to the hotel which is Queensway and Baywater. There are also lot’s of bus connections around the hotel and literally super convenient. Restaurants, convenience store and bars are all walking distance from hotel. Front desk is always very friendly and check in and check out process is always so quick and smooth.

The only point is that I was on a lower ground so I didn’t have the natural light but i was ok for 2 nights, and I was in my room for sleeping so it was okay.

The decoration is lovely, the staff is welcoming and the cleanliness very much appreciated !

Lift is slow to react. Room 505 was good - but u must warn guests that it has modern architecture - one wall is built diagonally and I bumped my forehead into it 3 timed before I got used to it.... Location is good - but advertising it as 250 metres from station is incorrect. More like 450 metres. It matters

Breakfast was ok but not wholly inspiring. Lack of choice for cereal; the full English breakfast looked as though it had been sat for a while, bacon could be a lot crispier.

It’s a bit of a walk away from an underground station (about 10 minutes) but not too much of an issue. The room was a little small if you like space, but we loved it because it felt cozy.

Loved the newly refurbished and designed hotel and rooms. Bed was very comfortable if you like a firm bed (which we love). Staff were exceptional. Air conditioning was an absolute plus. It was very clean and well looked after too. It was in a lovely and quiet location. And the toiletries were superb quality.

Even if it is located in a nice area, the hotel is quite distant from some main London attractions. Moreover, there are not many pubs and restaurants near the hotel so I had to take the tube at night, but this is pretty normal in London.

This hotel is very nice and located in a beautiful area near Hyde Park which I loved. The staff was kind and friendly, and my room was tidy and clean. The price was very reasonable. Finally, it is possible to leave luggages at the hotel which is a very nice service.

Perfect location opposite Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, on central line, 5 minutes from Queensway station. Nearby bus stops to central and west London. English breakfast available, very clean and comfortable rooms.

Very well situated hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room (executive twin) was not very large, but clean and fit for it being on the fourth floor even with open window very quiet for the hotel being situated very close to Kensington Gardens, two tube stations and Paddington Station. Breakfast (buffet with English and continental breakfast) was good as well and with the exception of Easter Sunday there were always enough tables ready so we did not have to wait. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.
