Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandNot so much "didnt like" more FYI, it is in university area so busy in nights..didnt bother us but just to be aware and parking is street parking so not guaranteed but again not an issue just took couple mins gets a space.
The ladies working here were wonderful, room spotless, seeing the reviews from years ago I needed to add a more recent stay as this b n b has clearly had an upgrade which seems to be for the better. Breakfast is small but for us perfect may not b for bigger eaters but location means plenty beautiful places to eat after. Great value for money in busy city. I wouldnt visit with kids because rooms small but would happily recommend to adults needing accommodation. Small issue on premises woth other customers but dealt with rapidly.

IrelandWhile loads of free parking in the area i'd to do a few laps before getting a space and this space was couple of streets away from the accommodation, although it was 6 on Friday evening students were arriving for their college adventure and it was culture night!
Perfect for the price, could not ask for more. Clean friendly staff, ideal for a weekend out and about in Belfast perfect wee place to put your head down.

Staff were amazing and super freindly. The location was perfect, about 10-15min walk to the city center. The room was nice and had a comfy bed and breakfast was free so definitely a plus!

Fast check in and out, very clean budget hotel. Toast and cereal breakfast which is perfect for me. I'm not a full English or should I say full Irish breakfast type. Room 11 was comfy, clean and quiet. Ideal location for eating out if that's your thing. 1 night stay for work. Staff were polite and friendly, even to, lets say a 'demanding customer' (that's me being extremely polite) and it was handled very professionally. Would I stay again? Absolutely yes.

United KingdomThis is not the hotel's fault but might be worth noting for future guests. The neighbourhood is very, very noisy due to the students. I had a room overlooking the road and the drunken revelries of students throughout the night were hard to sleep through. If I returned, I'd request a room at the back.
The room (a single ensuite) was clean, well laid out, and nice and the staff was lovely - helpful, friendly, and let me leave my bag for the day. The breakfast was simple (toast and cereal) but reliable.

I stayed for various nights in an ensuite room but the carpet was never hoovered during the length of my stay , nor the bathroom floor cleaned (and probably neither the toilet facilities). The sink was not draining well, I informed the staff but no action was taken...
