Very clean apartments. Fresh linen and towels on the bed. Met promptly by the staff to hand over keys. Very big apartments for a family travelling

I wasn't so keen to pay extra for an early check in as it was still quite late, we were going to a wedding and we had an 83 year old in a wheel chair in our party..

The apartment was spacious and clean and in a great location.

We couldn't access the property until 16.00 on the day which is quite late compared to other apartments we've stayed at and the following morning we had to be out for 10.00 (again this is early compared to where we've stayed before) - For a one night stay this made our stay quite rushed and for the premium price we had to pay as we were attending a concert we literally dropped our stuff in the apartment - slept overnight and left first thing the next day. I've since priced the apartment up and we paid double what the usual rate is :( Also, no concession at the NCP car park as was originally advertised.

Easy to find and right next to the NCP car park. The lady who met us was very pleasant and explained everythng in detail. The apartment was spacious, clean and looked well equipped if you were staying more than one night. Shops nearby to buy supplies like milk, bread etc.

The glass coffee table in the kitchen/sitting area was very unstable and we avoided going near it in case it collapsed!

Although happy with our stay a few things could have been a little better. 1 lounge window wouldn't close & lock. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms able to accommodate 4 people, we were a party of 3. Oddly, there were only 2 cups, 2 plates, bowls, and 2 of each cutlery, so 1 person was waiting to use a cup, etc. Beds could have been more comfortable, very springy, but I've had a lot worse. Our kettle was dangerous, leaked water and dirty, but as soon as I reported it a new one was given with text messages asking if they were ok to access the apartment if we weren't in. The shower over bath caused a lot of water on the floor in bathroom. Saying this, I'd recommend these apartments and would happily stay again if needed.

Great apartments in a nice location. Felt safe in the area. Check-in was fine and friendly. The apartment was clean and reasonably equipped, spacious, and in a great location for the purpose of our stay. Excellent communication via app. Would definitely return and stay again.

No mattress cover on bed and mattress a tad uncomfortable, some noise at night (to be expected really in centre location)

Good, clean apartments. My family and I have stayed here several times and we have found it to be a nice comfortable apartment block in the heart of Coventry town. The staff are always polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend. We are looking forward to our next stay.

We didn’t like that no friends allowed to come in to the flat . We booked thinking was a private flat but is a kind of hotel and you can’t have guests . for us wasn’t good for this reason

We all agreed kitchen and lounge area is uninviting due to layout and furniture choices. Only a bath in second bathroom so not ideal for four adults. We shared the shower in the ensuite.

Arrival could be better. Not obvious where it is. You have a call a number to say you have arrived which caused about 5 mins of standing around outside the property. Also the WhatsApp option was poor and did not seem to work.

I had to move rooms because the lock on my door didn't work. Staff dealt with this quickly and without fuss.

There is a gym in the building that opens at 6 am till ten pm - there is someone using heavy weights from 6am so when they crash em down on to the mats it verbareates right through the building. We was on 4th floor at far end and my family had a room at the other far end and we was all woken from this noise from 6am - would like to have slept in till 8am - one of the mattresses was finished and the sofas desperate need to be replaced - also the saucepans - apart from that all good
