One of the rooms had a faulty door lock and smelled of weed but the other room was sound no issues other than the TV remote being temperamental

I liked how it was within a 10 minute walk of everywhere, was clean, had everything we needed, and yeah was fresh.

We were told that all rubbish was to be placed in a room on the ground floor but when I tried to do that I found the room was only accessible by an actual key. As we didn't have that I had to dispose of the rubbish elsewhere. Couldn't work out how to use the heaters.

The apartment was nice and spacious. Kitchen had everything you could need. Walking distance to lots of great shops / restaurants.

Windows were not the best so a bit loud. one bathroom didn't have a shower and was only a bath. Beds were not the most comfy

Unmanned reception at check-in meant we stood outside in the cold for a while.

Plenty of space, much better than a hotel. Good location also for access to the city centre.

-Cleanliness could be improved and definitely needs pest control. Found many bugs and spiders during our 9 day stay. -More kitchenware for 2 bedroom apartments - Reasonable rates for housekeeping for longer stays(would be good to have the option if guests require). - Check in and check out timings in par with international standards. 10am check out is very early while Check in is only at 4pm. Even option to pay for late checkout is limited to only till 12pm for a cost.

-The location is very convenient with everything within walking distance. -All basic amenities available in the apartment. - Check in n Check out was smooth process. - Receptionist was very knowledgeable and friendly.

There was no shower curtain in the main bathroom. The hot water tap in main bathroom didn’t work.

Our room smelled slightly of stale cigarette smoke in what was supposed to be a smoke free environment. One of the windows was unable to close fully which meant we could hear the traffic throughout the night. The toilet in the en suite smelled terrible and didn’t flush properly so we spent our time pouring buckets of water down to flush it. Just a few housekeeping issues.

The apartment was spacious and convenient to restaurants and shops. The beds were quite comfortable and we were given plenty of fresh towels. The living area was well furnished and the entire building was secure.

Property was nice, clean and comfortable. Couple of broken items in en suite like shower holder, loose toilet seat and bin lid but pretty minor easy fixes. Also checkin time was at 16:00 which I think is a little late.

Attention to detail with the amenities can be improved. For example, no oven gloves, dishwasher, etc.

Location was great as is central to the city centre. The apartment was clean and practical. Security features are also good.

The electric sockets was loose on the bedroom wall also gave my partner quite a nasty shock when trying to turn on the lamp the radiators didn't work at all so no heating either which to some people is a must and also the toilet took a few attempts to flush and the waste bin in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned out from the previous user but other than that the apartment was good but does need some attention for future guests

The apartment was good for my wheel chair and space was great
