We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandWhen we asked about the transport to the airport at 5am, we only got offered to take an Uber (which is not doable with small children without child seats) or a bus that runs once an hour (39 min past the hour). It would be great if the hotel would offer a shuttle service because probably the majority of guests stay there to be close to the airport before the flight. In the end we used Google Maps and took the RailAir bus across the street at 5:11 for £5. There have been some troubles with the payment after the check-out because they charged only one room instead of two even though the payment (authorization hold) at the check-in was done for two rooms on the same card.
The rooms are of a comfortable size. There was no noise from the airport - we were looking towards the north and the airport is on the south side. Express check-out was convenient. Short term parking is available in front of the reception. That was very convenient before returning the car at the rental.

FranceBreakfast time needs to be longer. It's currently 8-10 and staff take everything away at great speed at 10 on the dot. Also the shower is quite old and tired could do with updating.
Comfortable large beds. Great soundproofing. Good gym. Had a restaurant inside the hotel so no need to go out.

United KingdomI let the staff at reception know that I would be leaving before the breakfast bar opened. They didn't offer me a breakfast bag to take away, I had to ask if something could be done as I'd paid for breakfast.
The hotel was bright and spacious. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The food in the bar was good quality.

United KingdomMeasly amount of teabags...just 2 English Breakfast Teabags. Awful shower over the bath tub...a poor dribble. No body lotion or tissues. Although cold breakfast choices were good, the hot breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired...all the items apart from sausages (which tasted great) were lukewarm. The fried eggs when eventually delivered were incompletely cooked with runny albumen and when rejected were taken back in a surly manner...no need for this. If you can't do eggs to order, then don't offer this service.. The scrambled eggs on the buffet were terrible...as they usually are. Better not to offer them.
Great service st check-in. We were given access to our room 4 hrs prior to usual check-[n time. The room was spacious with great panoramic views of Heathrow Airport's runways...and very well sound proofed. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and of good quality as were the 100% cotton dressing gowns. Spacious fridge in the room.

Great location of you need to get to terminal 5. Rooms are crazy quiet. Never heard a plane once.
