We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IsraelFirst the hotel sent me taxi driver who picked me From Airport directly to the hotel , where i was mostly welcomed by 2 nice ladies at the reception who organized early check in. The Staff was very friendly and the hotel located in the best part of the city , there is supermarket 2 minutes away and one long road full of shops . It was a good choice with a fair price. The beach is 5 minutes away.

Breakfast wasn't included, we had come from a stay in an all inclusive so wanted a different experience. We wanted to explore the area on foot. The rooms were very newly renovated and fabulous. Beds very comfortable.

RomaniaThis place is amazing. Mrs Despina was very kind and always eager to respond immediately to our requests. The entire Village is close to the beach but it also has two big pools and a small one for the kids. Near you can find multiple restaurants, with traditional greek food, a hipermarket, rental services, taxi but you can also take the local bus. The closest bus station is no 24. The apartament was big with three beds and one sofa, a small kitchen and three areas for dining.

United KingdomThere's not much to dislike to be honest. The 1 bed apartment was a bit more comfortable in terms of living space than the 2 bed just because it has some sofas but that's a minor point and the 2 bed has a lovely terrace to sit when the kids are asleep anyway.
IDA Village is a wonderful place and you can see why people go back year on year. Some truly fantastic staff who are amazing with children. My little boy got a balloon animal every day at breakfast from Thespian (apologies if I've spelt the name incorrectly) and Petros was mixing fruit cocktails with him in the bar everyday. Great hospitality all round. The food offering was also brilliant for days round the pool. There are great clean facilities, two wonderful pool options and a smaller paddling pool as well as a small playground. And there are guard rails, highchairs and cots provided for free. The apartments are clean and lovely and it's in a fab location for accessing the busy part of hersonisos whilst feeling quiet enough to be relaxing. A wonderful stay was had by all!

Apartment is in great location close to city but on the side so it is very calm and silence there. Personnel is helpful and you can arrange anything you need on spot.

IrelandGroups of young people were staying in the apartments (probably due to its close proximity to Star Village/beach),resulting in a loud pool party on the first afternoon we came - a lady at reception accommodated us with a quiet apartment near the second pool, mainly used by families and non partying couples, so the noise didn't bother us. pools are a bit too deep for smaller children to swim (no shallow end to stand up etc). The entire east side of Hersonissos felt like a party town and more suitable for younger people than families, but there are many attractions for kids around the area so we found our way around it.
The apartment was clean and spacious and well equipped. Nice gardens around, staff was nice.

ItalyWe are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). The location is excellent because you're within walking distance to the main street with all of the restaurants, buses, places to book excursions, touristy sites, four wheeler rentals. But it's off the main road so it's quiet. Also, within walking distance of beaches. The buffet breakfast was ok and you can order other options on the menu for additional cost. The bartender was really nice and friendly. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the portions were huge. On Monday they had live music. There were 2 pools but bring extra floaties for young kids who can't swim because the water is deep.
