There was a breakfast bar in the room but nothing to sit on. Kids had to have breakfast sat on a cold floor and the room really needs a lamp as using the big light when kids are in bed isn’t ideal. Rooms were “clean” although not up to standards rubbish under the bunk and the shower could of done with some bleach to remove the orangy stains around the shower tray.

I liked the location of the hotel was nice to have fridge and microwave in room made it easier especially with young children, your left to your own devices no one on sight but a number to call if needed.

We found the other neighbours banged all night very loud played music very noisy. Banged door at bottom at 1am constantly.

There definitely wasn’t sound proofing good hear everything. Slept ok though. A little boy wet himself outside our room and it seeped into our room, parent didn’t bother to clean it up .

It was very clean , warm, close to all attractions. Beds were very comfortable. Lovely towels and bedding. Great to have a fridge, microwave and kettle. Having coffee, milk and sugar sachets were great. It felt safe . Would definitely use again x

Could have been cleaner in the bathroom, particularly around the floor next to the shower. Double bed did feel quite small compared to what we’re used to and the covers were a bit bobbly. A small complaint in the grand scheme… we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again! ☺️

Modern compared to a lot of guest houses. Good communication from owners and easy to collect keys. Brilliant facilities for the price - tea making with sachets of milk in the mini fridge; shower gel and shampoo provided. Cups, plates, bowls and cutlery available with a kettle and microwave. We couldn’t have asked for more really for the price!

No where really to put clothes for people. A chest of drawers or a few shelves would have been great. Floor looked clean but wasn't sparkling. Could have done with a steam mop round it x

Room was spacious. Staff really helpful fast at responding. Everything provided for the stay. Microwave kettle fridge tea coffee milk and a few plates and cutlery which came in useful.

No complaints at all , however a toaster might be good so that breakfast can be made before heading out and some hooks for coats as there was nowhere to hang out coats especially after it had rained

Fantastic place , lots of facilities available such as kettle, mini fridge and microwave, hairdryer and complimentary WiFi which was great because signal is really bad in blackpool. Beds were comfy , shower was lovely, there was an iron and ironing board just outside the room that was easily accessible . Staff member who gave us our keys showed us to the room and even helped us with luggage, room was perfectly clean and towels were arranged in a lovely way, wouldn't think twice about staying again Thank you for a fabulous stay

No parking but managed to find some on the road probably busy in summer months. Only one family above us as has 8 appt but so noisy can't possibly be sound proofed. Dishwasher did not work,kitchen tap very loose,toilet seat loose, head board loose needs painting as walls scuffed. If stopping longer no where to hang anything we lived out of bags. One of radiator never worked. Would I stop again no.

The blinds needed to be kept closed as there was no view and overlooked by other flats and houses, but that didn't stop our enjoyment.

location was great, walking distance to the promenade and trams. Having a microwave and small fridge was absolutely fantastic, lovely accommodation for a short break.

The triple family room is on the top floor and we have a 3 year old I didn't feel happy leaving my child buggy down stairs. Luckily it was a travel light one

I couldn’t complain about a lot. The only downsides were there were no hooks to hang coats and also no hanging rail or space whatsoever. The only other thing was there was no lamp meaning you had to always have bright ceiling lights on.

Such a great location, only a 10 minute walk from the Blackpool Tower and shops. Plenty of towels to use and tea and coffee facilities. The kitchenette was very handy too. As it’s newly refurbished it was nice and clean.

We had difficulty parking as there was no space on the road outside the accommodation or on the surrounding streets. The nearest pay and display was also full so had to drive around for a while and eventually managed to get a space about a 10 minute walk away.Although it was a weekend and in half term so imagine at quieter periods it's much easier.

Parking was difficult to find sometimes have to park 2-3 streets away however within a few mins away so wasn't too bad and it was free street parking so not really a complaint. The shower was clogged up needed to be cleared out at the drainer Dining table had wobbly legs needed to be tightened

When I searched booking.com I wanted parking with my stay which it said they had on arrival there was no parking and was told by the man who greeted us that we needed to reserve it. I hadn't read that. So we had to find a car park and pay £20 for 48 hrs. It also states that the rooms are sound proofed they definitely aren't as we were on the 3rd floor and could hear the family on the ground floor the whole time we were in the room thankfully we basically didn't get back till late every night so didn't have to listen to them the whole time. On our last morning the fire alarm went off which made my son wake up screaming as it frightened him to death apparently someone having a shower set it off took a while for them to turn it off. Not very pleasant as my son has autism and is very noise sensitive he had to sit in the toilet for 10 mins till it was reset.
