Exceedingly suitable for my requirements. Proximate to railway terminals and the waterfront promenade.The space is impeccably organised and neat, with tasteful furnishings that provide a high level of comfort.

We were impressed by the place's contemporary design and tasteful decor. Just how we like it. As we pulled up, the weather was perfect—warm and beautiful. We really loved the complimentary milk, tea, and coffee.

The room was on the top floor and I had actually asked for a room with the least amount of steps as I have mobility issues. The room was OK however it wasn't as clean as it could've been and the rooms were supposed to be sound proof but I could here everyone in and out and the next door room going to the toilet. I wouldn't book here again. For somewhere just to use as a base its ok but expected more than what I got.

Only two things is the lights in hallway was on all night and the light came through door cracks, which I had to put towel to stop light coming in. If they was auto lights like they had upstairs then would of been better. Plus would of been great if there was a toaster 😉But would 💯 stay again.

2 single sofa beds really bad, no curtains to the street, bad air in the apartment so very humid, not possible to open the windows, dish washer not working, fittings falling apart.

No breakfast at property or if there was we didn't know about it. Good clean room enough space for our stay .

The location was brilliant only around 10 min walk to the tower. Short walk to the sea front pier and shops.around 25 min walk to sandcastle water park and pleasure beach. Free parking on street outside property. We were lucky and got parking as its limited spaces.

The Mattresses are paper thin and give us a bad back, our bed was broken, it was a divan bed as well, so kept rolling out and didn't sleep much at all They just need to improve the beds

How.fresh and clean it was. No noise from other rooms . There was a microwave, fridge and endless amount of tea, coffee, sugar and milk for the kettle. The beds were so comfy and all bedding and towels clean and soft . Good security needing a fob and key to get in

A large group of males and the owner outside property later in the evening that was quite intimidating for a family, Lound noise in property when it is advertised as sound proofed and dirty laminate floors

Absolutely nothing.

The room was very well kept, very clean and very spacious. Liked having the kettle and other amenities as meant if staying longer didn't always need to eat out or go out for breakfast. Bathroom was spotless and shower was lovely and hot. No external noise heard when the window was shut, only noise heard was people coming in and leaving the other rooms which is expected.

Floor was totally disgusting, kids feet ,socks full of black slippy dirt, Was just moped, and not cleaned so you could feel the slippy floor in shoes too! Needed steam clean, just mopping with jiff not working. Parking very bad!
