We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAs previous reviewers have commented, we couldn’t get the induction hob to work and there was an intermittent drains smell from the upstairs bathroom.
We arrived on a dark, stormy afternoon and immediately felt at home in the warm, cosy apartment that is much bigger than it appears in the photos. The interior is immaculate and we loved the view over the bridge. Shops and pubs are just two minutes away. A perfect location for a wonderful stay.

Really enjoyed our stay in apartment 4. The apartment was clean throughout and well equipped for self-catering. The bed was really comfortable. Thank you for the welcome gifts too, nice touch! The apartments are metres away from the nearby shops and pubs but there was never an issue with noise/traffic; I’d highly recommend booking a table at Bewicks Bistro for dinner, the food and service was excellent.

United KingdomThe only negative was the wifi. Poor signal in lounge area and kept dropping out on all of our devices. Signal was non-existant in the other rooms. Noticed that the signal for flat 2 was stronger. Discovered that the router was located downstairs in the electric meter room, so not much chance of getting a good signal upstairs in flat 4. Not really an issue for us as our Data allowance on phones is good, but may cause issue for others.
Perfect location, close to centre of this lovely little town. A really nice apartment, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and had everything needed for a great stay.

United KingdomDespite its stylish appearance, the settee unfortunately fell short in terms of comfort. Its narrow design made it less than ideal for relaxation. Additionally, the unexpected check-out time of 0900 came as a surprise, causing a bit of inconvenience.
Nestled in the ideal location of Rothbury, this stunning building boasted an impeccable blend of aesthetics and convenience. The apartment, meticulously furnished with tasteful decor, provided everything necessary for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

United KingdomThe wifi was very slow and only works in the front room. Worth noting you can hear the local church bells going off every hour. It is faint but annoyed by wife.
It was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and utensils. Lots of space and good layout. The location is good and parking very easy.
