First time I’ve ever had a free upgrade. The breakfast was delicious, the room was fab and the hot drink selection made me very happy with lots of biscuits. The location was perfect for us. It’s close to a pretty park, the beach and The Spyglass Inn, which serves lots of tasty food, has a cosy, fun atmosphere with amazing views. The room was spotless. We stayed for two nights and came back from a day on the beach to a room that felt brand new again. A really special Hotel.”

“Lobster cottage is quirky and very old- which means steep steps and higgeldy-piggeldy rooms. The first lounge is very dark, but we mainly used the sun lounge which was bright and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was fine. The beds were comfortable, and tho very central, it was quiet. Parking was great, it’s good to literally park outside the door.”
