“We were not given the room we ordered despite booking well in advance and arriving early. We requested a high floor with a nice sea view but were given a low floor with an internal view of the restaurant and not the sea view we wanted. Lots of guests arriving late eve by coach so can’t understand why we didn’t get the room we ordered as we knew that some rooms did not have a view so made sure we didn’t book one but got given one anyway. Got stung with a huge service charge on our evening meal bill. Also we got turned away for breakfast which we thought we had booked. Never again.”
