“We booked two rooms for two nights to attend a family funeral. The hotels location was just superb and right in the city centre. The location was perfect as we were attending the last of 3 events that were held on that day to celebrate the life of our loved one. in the evening the last event was at the Belong Bar 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Our appreciation goes out to all the staff who were just lovely. Warm empathetic and exceptionally professional. Special thanks goes to Denesh and Bina on reception for showing so much kindness. My daughter and myself arrived at the hotel the day before the funeral shattered and emotional and both of these employees showed much empathy. We are returning to Derby in June for a party to celebrate our loved ones birthday and will definitely book again. Thank you so much Leonardo's Derby!”
