“All the staff from Debbie & friends at check in,to all the bar & restaurant staff & John in the spa were all amazingly friendly & helpful.eating out can be difficult as a coaliac but the menu both for breakfast & dinner were very good for Glutenfree options & the staff very understanding.we used the spa which was great & John was again very welcoming & helpful to us during our visit.The hotels location was great as we were going to colchester zoo which was a 10 minute drive away.A perfect few days of relaxation.Thankyou all very much for a lovely stay,we will definitely be returning.😁😁👍👍”
