“Access was very easy. The pin code system worked well but there was someone there if we had problems because we arrived during the day. I knew the room number from the information provided but she showed us the way and offered to carry our bags. Great Service. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was spotless. The kettle with tea, coffee, chocolate sachets, sugar and milk pods were great. Having a small fridge was great to store cold stuff and it had a small freezer section as well. Despite it being June it was very wet and cold so they had the heating on for a few hours in the morning which was really needed by us.”
