Southcote is a lovely house ideally located and near the seafront. The owners keep it immaculate, comfortable and convenient. Our room was very large airy and fresh lwith a very comfortable bed and private shower room. There is also a kitchenette to make simple breakfasts. It is very family friendly. Couldn't fault anything. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely nothing!! Oh, apart from......my creaky knee, hip, and back weren't keen on the stairs! 🤣

Everything!!!! The host's are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spotless. Nice fixtures and fittings. Lots of unexpected extras! Location is right near to the beach and amenities. I won't rave about it much more or else it will always be fully booked when I want to go again!!!😀

The kitchen was upstairs from our room and it made it difficult to carry things up and down. I will make sure i book the room on that floor next time.

Room was lovely and big and owners were very welcoming. The location was amasing and there was parking too. Although it wasnt bed and breakfast the owner provided tea and coffee and basic staples for breakfast like cereal and toast.

The parking could be a bit challenging if you want to use property's parking as it's on the driveway, which is shared with the owners and other guests' cars. Could be quite tight. Also, it's like B&B style meaning that you share the house with the owner's, which could be quite inconvinient if you want to go out for quick fag at midnight.

It's great location, very close to everything: beach, amusements, restaurants, town centre. Huge playground right in front of the property, which is great if you have kids. The room was clean and bed was comfy. Bathroom and kitchen was shared.

Stayed here for 2 nights with partner and children, absolutely faultless, clean and tidy couldn't ask for anything more. Everything provided, Very good value for money, would definitely recommend and visit again. Owners was friendly and welcoming. Excellent location, view was lovely..

Location was good. Central and close to seafront but quiet for good night's sleep. Facilities were clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this property instead of Premier Inn.

This is a small B&B and you are able to hear noise of people moving around. But this was not a big deal.

The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable. The location was very central. We appreciated the food provided for us at breakfast.

The room was large plenty of storage space and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and welcoming too. You could easily stay here for a week, if it's available. The host is friendly and happy to share local knowledge of where to visit and places to eat and drink as well as how to get there. The communal kitchen upstairs for toast milk cutlery and cereals a brilliant simple and effective idea. Parking is available and easy access too.

Lovely room great facilities, bathroom with toiletries included the kitchen had a variety of teas,coffee milk bread and juice in the fridge for guests, the owners were very nice, lovely house definitely recommend, thank you .

Absolutely gorgeous house. Very comfortable bed with a tv that pops out of the bed. We were only there for 1 night for the carnival but would be lovely for a proper holiday. There was a kitchen for guests use which is brilliant. Lovely warm room to come back to after freezing watching the carnival Will definitely stay again.
