“Steph, the host was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Full of local knowledge and ideas. Gave us beach towels for the beach as an extra when we mentioned a sea swim. Serviced the room daily, which was immaculate when we arrived. Allowed us an early check-in as the room was ready which allowed us more exploring time in Torquay.”
