“We loved the location and the grounds were immaculate, actually the only friendly staff member that we came accross was the groundsman who was cutting the grass. He seen us looking a little lost when we were trying to find our apartment, he showed us exactly where to go and even helped with our luggage, he greeted us every day after that with a smile and even asked how we were enjoying it and offered aome recommendations for the local area, he really made our stay and the rest of the staff could learn a thing or 2 on guest service! The grounds and setting are absolutely beautiful and I feel a little extra coaching for the staff would go a long way.”
