We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very nice stay to see Colmar and the nearby villages. I have stayed here many times when visiting the area. Great value. Right across from the parking lot. Only short walk to the city center. Everything is convenient.

GermanyThe rooms were very small and cleanliness and services provided were minimal. The hotel is ideal for a short stay (1-2 nights) if you don't have to spend too much time inside. The bunk bed upstairs while not very high had no protection, so our son (7 y) could not sleep there.
The hotel Is very close to the city centre and across the street is a large parking area (for a fee).

United StatesI pd an extra 10 euros to upgrade my room which was fine but I was not expecting the room to be so small. I felt like I barely fit in the room so I was happy to be a solo traveller otherwise it would of been very cramped

United StatesThe room was very cramped with 3 single beds in the room. When I opened the window, it had not been cleaned, dirt fell all over the one bed. WiFi was not available the whole time we were there. It would have been nice to have been told that when we checked in. The gentleman did offer for us to use his personal hotspot, but that would not have worked for us.

Room is very small but was like the photos. Sink is outside of the bathroom. It is a basic room useful for a short stay like ours as it had a bathroom and a bed so that was all we needed. Good location and place to park right outside the hotel.

PortugalThere's no soundproofing isolation in the room, if your neighbors start making noise at 7h30 AM you will wake up for sure. But for the price you pay,I think you can't ask for more.
The room was clean and the hotel os well located. Near the city center with a big parking lot to park the car. The room was small but but for the price is a good hotel for staying one or two nights to discover the city or when you are on your way to other place.

PortugalRoom windows do not isolate from the cold entirely, there is always a bit of wind coming in. Although, there is AC so it's alright.
Great location. Close to the christmas markets but in a calm zone, with no noise whatsoever. Staff from the hotel was super nice. We got there very early and even though the room wasn't ready yet, they let us keep our bags there.
