The rooms were lovely but no view …but the lobby floor needs work. Cleaning staff left vacuums and supplies stored there. Not very professional or welcoming atmosphere. We were not welcomed at the reception upon arrival as she was busy with another guest trying to sort out payment. Not even recognition that we were there. We had told them on a form they requested us to complete earlier in the week that we would arrive at 11:30-12:00 but our room was not ready upon arrival and we waited for two hours for the room to be ready.

Location was good close to restaurants and the Louvre where we visited.

The light to the right of the bed was broken and wasn't fixed until the end of the week. The shower wasn't enclosed on all 4 sides. You had to be careful taking a shower. Breakfast was pricey.

Location was excellent-convenient to all. Coco, the front desk attendant, was wonderful and very kind. The room was larger than expected and very clean. Everyone spoke English.

I'm a big person and ordered a double room. They gave me 2 singles joint. The ledge in the middle was very uncomfortable. The Cofee machine was working than it stopped. It had moods. The bathroom light switch was playing up. In the lobby you cannot talk at night because guest rooms around. Sat night opposite building had a party. Kept me up till over midnight. No iron in room. I would rate it a 3 star hotel not a 4 star. I have stayed in hotels 3 stars much better.

I have allergies so carpet in floor and fabric wall covering caused a little issue. Had a mini private terrace outside door of room with table and chairs for fresh air which helped

Location was great. 4 minute walk to Louve, 2 blocks from Seine, restaurants everywhere. Staff very responsive to all needs, helped book taxi to airport. Safe neighborhood

Stayed during Olympics and paid a hefty price for pre-booking but apart from that everything good.

Stayed during Olympics - location was fantastic for watching marathon. Receptionist was welcoming and very helpful.

Good Location 5 min walk to Le Louvre , great neighbourhood lots of cafes and restaurants. Staff very friendly and the young lady on reception was really helpful and very courteous. Nice size room ( deluxe ) very modern bathroom and comfortable bed.

The property looks a little „tired“ and could use a little makeover, especially the carpet.

I like the central location of the hotel. That is the reason I choose it repeatedly over the years. The service in the breakfast room was excellent. It was the cleanest place in the hotel.

The only thing we didin't like was the bed. Ours was a twin bed but put together to make up a queen size bed. However, the mattress was very light and soft but the bottom part to hold the mattress was smaller than the mattress itself, hence the mattress kept falling or shifting position and my mum nearly fell off a couple times while sleeping at night >< I suggest the best way is to request a full queen size bed instead of separating into twin beds.

Love the location of the hotel, the metro station was very close, the location has a lot of beautiful cafes, eateries, and restaurants around which made it really convenient. There's also a pharmacy nearby if you need anything. Staffs were all very friendly and lovely. Rooms are small but cosy and comfortable. The hotel is very clean as well.

The air con didn't work and the bathroom felt a little more tired than expected.
