This apartment is in an excellent location, a stone's throw from The Old Port of Marseille, with a Metro station and bus stops within 100 metres. The apartment is modern, spacious, and very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. and a large ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk in shower. There is also a second separate toilet. There is a small elevator from the ground floor to the apartment on the third floor of the building. The owner whose name is Maguy was exceptionally generous in spending time with us on our arrival, to inform us of all of the local attractions. Maguy was also very generous with all of the little extras she provided.

The parking was a nightmare! Great place to come to if you don’t have a car. The building could use some maintenance but the apartment was great!

The front door to the apartment building was sometimes difficult to open. Needs a new lock as the key tends to get stuck if you aren't very careful when opening the door.

Maguy was a great host !! She met us upon arrival, made great recommendations and went through the local map in detail. She was available at all times and ensured our stay was wonderful. The location of this property is fantastic. One block from the large marina in Marseille. Many, many restaurants nearby !! The apartment is very modern with lovely furniture, a nice kitchen, good lighting and comfortable beds. In addition to the ensuite bedroom, it has a separate toilet room as well, which is always handy.

Nothing really, the building is older so the first impression in the entry is a bit dated but there was an elevator that worked fine and the unit itself was in excellent condition and well stocked.

Excellent location and host. The unit worked great for our family of 4 with two young teens. Sofabed was comfortable. Great location right in the old port area and near transit options. AC worked very well and there are electronic shades to help keep the heat out. We booked late as we added an Olympics football match stopover in Marseille and feel we got very lucky.

Location was fabulous- by many cafés, metro and bus stops, stores, and the Vieux Port! Plenty of room for our family. Super clean. The host is very kind and helpful!

Only thing missing was a view, but very close to port.

Unit was like being home -- real attention to detail from water chilled in the fridge to great towels and linens/mattress. 50 meters to port. Host had lots of materials available on local attractions/maps and was very helpful.

Maguy (owner) met us to give us keys. She gave us an overview of things that were “Must Dos” and places to eat including a couple of delightful pastry shops. She is amazing!! The apartment is very spacious with lots of closet space. We will definitely be back to rent this property again. Highly recommend

Our host, Maguy, was a delight. She was born in Marseille and from the moment we arrived in her home city she made us feel so welcome and looked after. Her accommodation was spotlessly clean, roomy for the three of us and exceptionally well appointed. Ice was available in the freezer for the Pernod she offered and Maguy's warmth and obvious commitment to making her guests feel welcome was just incomparable. She recommended great eateries for local delicacies and points of interest to visit for a true Marseille experience.
