One pool was too cold and the other one could be used only in the evening. So during the day we had no possibility to lay in the water. The rooms weren't very clean, but since we were there only to sleep, it actually didn't bother me that much.

The staff was very friendly The rooms looked nicer than in the photos The grill and mini room fridges were a big plus The dog had fun with the other friendly dogs The air conditioners were warming the rooms very fast

In the apartment the steps are problematic, the outside pool was not cleaned, the inside pool looked ok, but they didn't let us access it.

The reception closed right after the time we checked in until when we checked out. Was no way we can buy a water or coffee, or ask for clean towels or any service. I have been traveling 14 countries and never seen reception closed ( maybe they were just sick? Or busy with something else) ?!? No way we could buy a coffee, so we drove to the town for a coffee and forgot to get sugar. The security guy who works around the place told that someone should be there at the reception but never founding NEVER ANSWERING THE PHONE! However, because the place was nice, I would like to send my family there again if someone will be at the reception as they said it supposed to be. ( at least available to answer the phone)

It was a gift for My mom and family back there in Romania. Booked and apartment with two bedrooms and another room. (Total of 6 adults ) mom She was Traveling with family and friends from Portugal for the weekend and we FaceTime because it is important for us to learn if they were happy with the location . The location and property was nice . Price could be a little lower for the quality or service but , we overall the place was good. Unfortunately staff was there only when we checked in on Friday and told us we can have/buy coffee water, however the staff was not to be found.

There were some spiders and their webs. Probably nobody used the room we slept in in a while, otherwise the room was nice, sheets were clean and bathroom was huge.

The matress and the bed - very very comfortable. As mentioned, room was nice, sheets were clean, there was a balcony we did not use (no time) and a big bathroom with shower.

Poor maintenance, first hotel without coffee in the room the property needs some care because there everything looks sad and not taken care off, spider webs on terraces, dirty shampoo pots and bathrooms looking very bad, pool not a big deal looks much better on booking photos so I suggest you to pay attention not to get fooled, i used only the sulf pool in the evening which we left because people were coming there with drinks found tissues inside as well.

Location and view was excellent. Staff very kind and wiling to help all the time. Pool was fabulous and the view from the pool is amazing. Also the pool therapeutic water is a dream. Very clean and nice. Overall is an excellent place .

Some electric outlets were broken (wires sticking outside the wall) - dangerous with small children. Outside pool was a little smaller than depicted.

Room were large, with balcony, lots of space available. Water temperature of outside pool was great, always warm, the kids had a lot of fun.

The pool area was tiles with slippery tiles , my husband had a bad fall when coming out of the pool . I also saw another guest slipping on the tiles and loosing balance nearly falling. A day later my husband had another fall stepping out of the bathroom. Again the floor very slippery and bathroom door was too late for a tall person. There was a big step when coining out … difficult to explain the set up of that bathroom… Lots of stairs at the property , which may not be ideal for elderly guests Safety issues with the pool tiles and the bathroom tiles
