Great location, only a short train journey from Lyon. Friendly and helpful stuff, including Alice from Housekeeping- service with a smile :-). And great facilities.

Booked for the restaurant 2 days prior over the phone, and the reservation was lost. When we got to the restaurant there was no reservation. We were also 20min late, because I wasn't feeling well, as I'm pregnant. However, they did accommodate us anyway, with a shorter menu, and the dinner was beyond amazing. The situation was handled very well. Just very sad we couldn't stay for longer in the hotel, as we just stopped on our way to the North of France.

Pet friendly. Excellent . Luxurious and beautiful room. Very comfortable bed. Great bathroom. And a balcony with breathtaking views The best hotel we have been to, and great price. Great spa and relaxation area. Excellent restaurant, very good! Excelent breakfast. Beautiful surroundings. Very nice and welcoming staff. 5*, will definitely come back if we are in the area.

Great evening meal but limited choice of individual plates. The only choice was two set menus with a couple of options within each set menu. We only wanted a light meal but ended up having to have the full Monty !

If you have had breakfast in a Hotel before, it was like that. It's a dog friendly Hotel.

The only disappointment was the breakfast. Hot items were too cold and not enough choice. There was no waiter service and the coffee machines produced dreadful coffee.

This is by far the worst property i've stayed in. Nothing about the place is 5star. It doesn't have a restaurant, it doesn't have room service. It also doesn't accept Amex.

We booked and stayed here for 5 nights and had three rooms, we were 4 adults and two children. The rooms at this property were as pictured, spacious and clean although one was a little run down in comparison to the other two. The country area is quite beautiful and there are lovely gardens. This is not a 5 star hotel as it doesnt have a restaurant, we were advised on arrival that it had been closed indefinitely. There is a casino restaurant nearby however, not a solution for families as children can not enter. Room service is extremely limited and does not offer meals, the most substantial offering is a sandwich. The train service is very close with easy transfers into Lyon every 30 mins, unfortunately evening service finishes at 9pm so taxi/uber is the only way to return after this time. It is also worth noting the pool is not for general use and is charged at 20 euro per person for 2 hours. Unfortunately disappointing for us as there is no transparency when booking.

virtually everything. the hotel should have been closed. on arrival we were asked if we would like to upgrade our room but it turned out we had already been put in a suite as we were the only people staying. The Michelin restaurant was closed. the only room service we could order was cold uncooked food. breakfast was non existent. we could only have room service menu so long as it wasn’t hot cooked food. an absolute rip off and disaster. why did the hotel not advise us and have the guts to close it? the bathroom had debris from the previous occupants, long dark hairs and empty pots in the hairdryer drawer. the internet kept dropping in and out and was very slow. the hot water was intermittent and couldn’t fill the bath. all in all it was abysmal.

the location was beautiful. this was the only good thing about the visit.

There were almost no staff present. Breakfast was very limited and there were no staff present, not even to take coffee or tea orders. Not the level of service I would expect from a 5-star hotel.

Very large room with a nice bathroom. The little village is charming and Lyon is easily accessible by train.

The bathroom is a bit outdated. With such big roomy space, it could definitely be a bit more modern.

Large rooms. Hotel located in a park, very quiet. Large balcony with the room. The staff is very kind and helpful.
