We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWhen restaurant is busy there was no informal seating area for guests to have a drink if not dining. Noise could be heard from adjoining rooms so better sound insulation would be good.
Comfortable bed, good location for visiting Amboise. Aircon in room was welcome in hot weather, could not hear any road noise at all with windows closed.

United KingdomThe shower was a step into the bath kind - not ideal if you are a little unsteady. I would take a non-slip bath mat next time I stay here.
Very easy to find - just off the highway but set back so it didn't feel close to traffic. The room was pleasant enough but the big plus for this place was the exceptionally friendly staff who went out of their way to serve us. There is a limited menu but the food and wine were excellent. We stayed for two nights and would have struggled to choose dinner for a third night. The hotel is well placed for exploring nearby chateaux and there is a good winery a couple of miles from the hotel.

United KingdomNo complaints of significance. Colour scheme of rooms a bit garish, perhaps. Bathroom needed a upgrade (cracked WHB) but was clean and functional. Located on main road but noise didn't bother us particularly.
Easy to find. Nice people. Good food/wine at fair prices. Clean room with A/C that worked. Large car park. English spoken. Perfect for one night stay. Would happily book again.

United KingdomThe check in time from 6pm (don't try earlier - no-one there) is very inconvenient after a long drive arriving before 6pm. We had to use time by driving into Amboise and having an early dinner. Nothing wrong with the breakfast though. If you want dinner, be aware that the restaurant is closed Sunday and Monday and the nearest food is several kilometres away in Amboise which cramps the drinks with dinner plans. Both these facts could be easily missed on the website.
A very nice room with a private terrace for only 5 euros extra.. Nice breakfast. Easy parking. Very good value.

SpainIt's located in the way to Amboise, very convinient to visit the valley. There's a Restaurant on the ground floor, but it's closed Sunday evening and Monday full day, so we couldn't have lunch / dinner there. The furniture of the room is new, except the chairs and the courtains (that were broken). The toilet hasn't been refurbished, but it's still clean.
