I could hear the conversation from the next room, which was really awkward.

The door stop in front of the toilet was a bit of a hazard. I banged my toe on it, but appreciate that it was covered with rubber.

The rooms were a very good size. We appreciate the complimentary water, slippers, toiletries, and coffee. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They spoke English well.

The mattress wasn’t quite comfortable and there was only one power plug in the bedroom

I am unsure if it was related to the thickness of the walls or the air conditioner system, but in the room we stayed in, we could easily hear everything happening in the neighbor's room. So, if you have bad luck and stay side by side with a neighbor who likes talking during the night (even at a reasonable volume), you may face some issues.

The hotel is in a great location, close to Rome Central Station, and surrounded by lovely restaurants. The room we stayed in was well-equipped and met our expectations. The highlight was the big and comfortable bed, which was perfect for relaxing after spending the whole day walking around the city.

Such a tiny room, which would’ve been fine, but no window made it feel like a cell. Luckily only stayed two nights, and was only in room to sleep.

At one point our car park was blocked off and, as an Australian drive in a town full of rather crazy drivers, I panicked and drove off, thinking it'd be easy to turn around nearby. It was not. I was much abused in an unmarked one-way street. The sweet staff member responsible will undoubtedly never make that mistake again. 😆

It's a lovely place - a beautiful room and hotel -- with a great breakfast. Compliments to the chef on some traditional Greek offerings and the best brekky we had in three weeks in Greece. Mary was wonderful!!

Minor quibbles, nowhere to put clothes such as a clothes rail. Water was like warm for a shower every morning. Street was quite noisy with bottle bank and bin Lorrie’s early and late

Location was excellent on a street with v good restaurants etc and only a 20 - 30 minute walk to main tourist attractions. Felt like a v safe area and not too busy

The AC was not turned on as of yet. We were there in May and it would have been nice to have AC. We could have had an extra sitting chair for added convenience. We had a small problem with the sink which was rectified upon request. All in all, a great little hotel … and YES, we would come again ! Grazie 🇮🇹!

our room had a little issue with the plumbing , the toilet kept running and the bath tub would clog. they only provide you with coffee the first day..... for the money we paid we could have utleast had coffee in the room each morning.

the room was big and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is located near excellent local restaurants away from the touristy spots .

Our room didn t have windows with daylight. You have to turn the.light on even during the day. Coffee capsules were not enough. It could be provided daily.

It s a smart hotel. Your minimal needs are considered and met with the equipments provided in the room. There were bottles of quality water in minibar for free. It is clean enough.

I personally found the bed too soft, but others like it.

There is everything you need for your trip. Slippers, bathrobe, shampoo, conditioner, body cream... even toothbrushes and toothpaste. The staff is very nice and helpful. I recommend it, it will always be a pleasure to come back.
