Basic, more towels needed. Air con did not work which meant having window open and then bitten by mosquitoes 😔 Outside area is not great, lots of construction and not well kept. Another member of male staff, repeatedly said he didn’t have good English and spoke in French but not convinced!

Convenient for conference centre, Chanot Marseille, Prado. Breakfast was basic, pastry, toast, eggs and bacon, yoghurt, cheese, but good for a quick breakfast before work day. Machine coffee was surprisingly good with hot milk. Room/ bathroom was clean. One female member of staff, super helpful!

The room was too small for a twin beds or a double. elevator was out of service and we had to take our luggage 4 floors up. Also, we did not like the floor graphic motive that is dull white/black random pattern…

Staff was friendly to allow us to leave our baggage as we arrived before official checkin time. Close to metro station and bus lines for the center.

If I need to be critical, one thing could be that some improvements on the shower would good. So, bathroom would be drier after having a shower:)

It is a simple and nice hotel with friendly staff. The room is small but sufficient for short stays. I stayed only for one night. It was comfortable and quiet.

There was nothing I didn't like. I did not expect frills!

This hotel did what it said on the tin. It was good value and the staff were very helpful. I found the bed super-comfortable. It was perfectly located for the Orange Vélodrome, and it had parking!

I had a very small room I thought. The 80+ euro a night was not very good value for money. I believe they should be more competitive with the price .

It was very close to the velodrome and the metro station, it had underground parking some of the reception staff were very helpful and accommodating.

For that money I expected a lot more. The room was in bad shape, old and used. Not much options in breakfast servings and if you did not come right away, most of the food was over and no-one cared to fulfill the counter, also clean plates where over and so on…

I couldn't sleep because my neighbour was watching the TV from 1 am to 5 am and I could hear it. Some people was smoking that made me wake up due to the very bad smell.

Firstly the directions given for the Hotel were inaccurate & made the hotel almost impossible to find. The directions wanted you to drive through a garage & park in a car wash. There was no way to the hotel . It wasn't just us having this problem !!! As there was an event on nearby, our main reason for staying there the prices doubled but the hotel quality didn't for the increase in price. Although the car park was secure & not badly priced the entrance in was very tight & not much room for error. Some sort of bendy vehicle would be good. Food was average & the service area was low , I am 6'2 and cracked my head and one could say I am a clumsy bugger but I witnessed two other people do the same in a matter of minutes. The vending machines were empty for over two days & the hot drinks machine was out of order. The carpets in the hallways were badly stained & the decor in the bedroom was dark & gloomy . We had a shower in the room which was like having a bath as the water didn't drain away . The window in the bedroom was poor , it was very noisy . The cleaning staff loved to start rattling there three trolleys at 7:30 am in the morning.

The member of staff on reception when we arrived 6.30pm Friday 7th June 2024 was very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful for information in the area , buses, trains , venues, restaurants etc.. The staff on our only breakfast during our stay 10th June 2024 were polite. The secure parking was good for car safety. A good venue for the orange velodrome stadium. The beds were comfy.

The bed was the first thing you saw and had to walk around to get into the room. It would have been better to place the beds near the window and the table near the entrance. Also the main light switch was across the room, not near the door/entrance. Lastly, the front desk was left unattended on two of the three times we walk past. Once in the night and once again in the morning.

The location was close to cafes. The room was clean and cozy
