The property is very near from Vatican City. The location is great. Specially the host “Danielle” is so welcoming and very accommodating. Loved our stay there. Forgot to click a pic with him which is the sad part 😕. Definitely worth staying there.

The place was very clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was so quiet, we slept with the window open. The host was very friendly and gave us nice suggestions for a restaurant as well as a walking route to see the sights. We only stayed one night before our flight departure. But when we come back to Rome we would definitely stay here again.

The walls are a bit thin, so you hear chats in the corridor. The curtains are not black out so you wake up early.

It’s super clean. The beds are very comfortable. Location is great. Staff very helpful and friendly.

expected something different, but not used to European travel. This is an 4th floor apartment that has been divided into 5 apartments.Our double room very small. But doable as we were out most of the time. No space to open our bags except on the bed /floor, a little different from photos. Maybe a European thing. Toiletries - only shower body wash that doubles for shampoo. Our in room lock box, not working. But again was ok.

Excellent hosts Daniele and Sabrina, went above to help us settle in. Excellent location. Very quiet. Close to metro. Good breakfast. Sabrina allowed me to use their washing mashing and iron. Lift to fourth floor. Secure area. Able to use kitchen area for wine glasses and cutlery.,

Very clean and centrally located property with all the facilities you need for a city break. There’s a store for your essentials a few door down and more importantly ice cream and a great pizza store close by 😋. A short walk to the bus stop will get you into down within a few stops. A 10 minute walk will get you to St Peter’s which felt safe walking at night. Situated in a beautiful part of the city.

The host Daniele was fantastic. Really friendly and did everything to make you feel at home. Great location in a nice neighbourhood with 5 min walk to Metro and between 15-30 min walk to main attractions. Shops, restaurants and supermarkets are also located close to the B&B.

We absolutely loved our stay! The room was a perfect size for our family of four. Great location with short stroll to the metro... breakfast of croissants, yogurt and toast was delicious and so great that they happily catered for a gluten free diet by providing some gf delights for breakfast. The freshly made cappuccino and fresh juice were very much appreciated. The host was so friendly and helpful..., nothing was a problem and happy to tell us about some of the traditions in the Italian culture... absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend!

Our room was small but very well thought out design so we had enough room for our luggage and comfortable. The location was nice and felt very safe with quite a few nice restaurants nearby.

The location was very good with most attractions within walking distance and bus stop and metro station near by. Daniele was very attentive and could not be more helpful!The instructions for entry after hours was spot on.

The location was convenient to all that we had time for in Rome during our short stay and super close to public transport like the metro. Daniele was very welcoming and friendly. Sabrina was incredibly helpful with a minor setback (of our own doing) that we needed to fix. Both followed up the next day to ensure we came right, and we appreciated that extra touch. Breakfast was super delicious, fantastic croissants from a local bakery provided by Daniele.

Wifi dropped out a lot and the shower had one shower head that worked and had to run basin taps whilst showering to get hot water. Was ok once we got help figuring it out but annoying when we arrived and just wanted a warm shower.

The host was fantastic, helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast was fresh and delivered to you each morning. He helped us with doing some washing and giving recommendations which helped us heaps. The room feels safe and private.
