We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdomair con seemed very mild on full-settings (but it is 34c in Annecy currently!) so the room would get very hot! apart from that no bad feedback! Really impressed for a 3* and price!
- size and layout of room was great, lots of storage! -extra pillows provided :) -very clean standard throughout the hotel (I am very fussy about cleanliness so was impressed) -water fountain downstairs was very useful! -staff extremely friendly and accommodating, spoke very good English! They were happy to help! -perfect location which was quiet for sleeping well but <5-10 min walk to everything, area felt safe. -late check out compared to other hotels and luggage room! -solo female traveller who felt very safe, cared for and had all my needed amenities:)

United KingdomParking was tricky - there is a paid car park next door which should work for most, but we had a roof box and couldn't use it. Only option was on-street parking in the surrounding couple of streets. We had to drive around for a bit until a space became available, and then shuttling our stuff and our dog etc to and from the hotel room was a bit of an added stress when we were arriving late evening and only had 1 night ...
Nice clean, comfortable hotel in a good location. We had a larger family size room with our dog which was appreciated.

United States of America- Small, drab, expensive room with minimal amenities. - The nearby off-site parking is not guaranteed. I had to wait 10-15 minutes in a line where one car at a time could enter the garage only after one car left. - Twice the cleaning personnel barged into my room 1/2 second after knocking without waiting for an answer on the morning of my departure. (Why were they even going in when I hadn't yet checked out?)
- Outstanding location. This is the main reason to stay here. - My room was quiet and clean even if it wasn't nice. Good if you just need a place to sleep and better places are sold out.

Great hotel, really close to centre, an easy 2-5 min stroll. Nice, clean rooms & bathroom. Friendly staff & great breakfast selection.
