We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt was difficult to communicate with the staff, which is my fault as i do not speak french. It was not possible to have breakfast the next morning (because this hotel closes on a Monday.)
i booked a place in a doormatory and I was the only one there. The room was great value for money. The staff helpfully gave me a thermos of hot water to make tea for my breakfast the next day.

The room we selected was basic as we were not planning on being in the room for too long other than to sleep and as luck would have it the bed was very comfy.

SwitzerlandGood window isolation on rooms facing the 24 hours busy road leading up to the Grand St. Bernard pass into Italy. However given external circumstances, nighttime open windows are sleep killers.
Forthcoming hospitality mindset, excellent menue proposals/preparation and fine service, absolutely complete room decoration with all necessary items, clean and careful bedding.

Switzerlandvery strange arrangement with breakfast - there are two options, an express one or a continental one, and if two people are staying, both people must choose the same option (one cannot take basic if the other takes continental) and only both people take breakfast or none of them (you cannot take only one). The staff is not really friendly, and - in a tourist spot near the Italian border - very little English and no Italian is spoken by the staff
Location is very convenient for a hiker near Gr StBernard. Rooms are very clean. Pumpkin soup is great. Good value for money.

not much. it’s right on the highway and the rooms look out on a gas station with smell of gasoline and the lights on all night. No sheets on bed just a worn mattress cover (in a private room). lurid pink walls. door from room to balcony has to be kept closed because other units have access to same balcony so not safe to open door for fresh air. premises is overpriced for the quality. menu prices very high and a half of wine was double what we paid in previous accommodation along the way.
