JerseyThe hotel sits on the corner of a busy road near the station, with a number of bars and restaurants nearby. There is therefore a lot of noise from the station, the bars and restaurants and traffic generally. This can carry on relatively late into the evening. The rooms would benefit from a kettle and a mini fridge.
The hotel is very well located, within a few minutes walk of the Cathedral. Other reviews say the parking is narrow - this was not my experience. We have a relatively large estate car and were able to park easily. The room was a very good size, and nice and light.

United KingdomNo tea/coffee making facilities and not clear how to call reception and ask for a drink to be bought to the room. I was really shocked and disappointed to be firstly charged for a cup of tea in the morning as there were no in room facilities and then to be charged €9!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusted for essentially a tea bag water and a dash of milk! For the room price I would have at least expected tea making facilities and most places provide a biscuit too. We’ve stayed in many bed and breakfast and we would expect this as a bare minimum in this price range
It was great to be upgraded to junior suite and a lovely surprise after a long drive. Room was very clean and spacious.
