Communication ahead of our arrival could be better. One member of our party tried to contact the property but only received an automated message and no follow up.

Great location right on the riverfront, plenty of green areas around, two clean swimming pools, onside restaurant serving both Khmer and wester dishes, clean room with spacious bathroom, had everything we needed for our stay.

location was a little out of town - only $3ride. but if you like quiet then perfect.

Lovely hotel with a small but very nice bar area floating on the river front. Perfect for sunsets. large grounds, which felt well cared for. nice restaurant and staff super friendly and helpful. we had one of the best rooms over looking the river - totally worth it - huge covered deck with sofa and chairs - amazing views. Bed very comfortable. AC perfect. Make sure you do the cathedral green kayaking

there was burning during our first night which made it a bit difficult to get some rest. however, we went during burning season so I believe that's expected.

this is a very charming spot in a charming town, it has it's own little dock where we could chill by the river, swim in the river and kayak as well. there's food on-site if you don't want to go into town, and if you do it's only a tuktuk ride away.

Great location with great view on the mountain. Everything is set for a nice and relaxing stay. We specifically loved the site with green space near the river. The view from the house near the river is amazing , with a nice terrace to enjoy the view. The villa is close enough from the city center to enjoy night time there, going by tuktuk. The staff is nice and always ready to help. The owner provides kitesurf lessons and can organise other activities upon request. We highly recommend this place, so relaxing and beautiful .

The room was clean but a bit run down for the price.The property is also out of the main town so keep this in mind if you were planning on walking to local cafes.

Gorgeous riverside viewing deck and multiple pools to choose from. The wifi and environment is also perfect for remote working. They also have rentable scooters.

Locking of doors difficult.

Right on the river out in the countryside. Short tuk tuk ride. Beautiful rooms at the river front. Canoes available. Swimming pool. Very pretty at the front. Nice staff. Helpful.

One of the pools was closed due to some re-tiling work. But maintenance must be done sometime. Made the other pool busier than expected with noisy kids!

The family house was so spacious and we loved there the property has two pools. The river side is so beautiful. You are just outside of town so you can enjoy the nature but be in town in ten minutes by moto or tuk tuk.

Location was great but a third party was very rude to use. We booked a river boat cruise for $20 per person and when it was time to go a man named Bart showed up with a boat we did not feel comfortable getting on. The only way to get into the boat was by getting into the river, no life jackets or safety instructions were provided so we decided not to go. When Bart returned he decided to interrupt our time by telling us we did something wrong by not going this ‘cruise’ and that we owe him a drink. Very hostile man.

The construction on site was not very pleasant but we understand they are upgrading. Other than that, I do not think there was anything else that was unpleasant about our stay. We really enjoyed being there.

We really love the beautiful location of the Hotel and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. My husband and I are planning to come back soon! The swimming pool is nice and deep and we loved sitting by the river to enjoy the view.

Parts of the room and some parts of the resort could do with some upgrades.

We loved our stay at Villa Verdici, it felt like a bit of an oasis. We really liked how quiet it was when we stayed, we had an amazing time in the pool and sitting on the balcony enjoying great views and watching sunsets by the river. The staff is very chilled and the room was made up every day. The location is a bit out of Kampot which was good for us and with own transport not a problem. It is very easy to not even want to leave the place at all.

I booked room 18 when I made my booking which was confirmed and accepted. However, I was told on arrival that room 18 had a long-stay customer in it and was not available. Why didn't they email me to tell me before I arrived because I might have wanted to cancel and book elsewhere? It is very unprofessional to run a business like this!
