We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaMajor problem with housekeeping. Stained bedsheets when we first arrived. No staff to help with this issue during the night when we first noticed. There were no toiletries the first day and we thought that the hotel doesn’t provide them until they were provided the next day. Came back late at night once to find one of the bed side lamps is broken and no technician available to fix it, plus housekeeping left dirty cups and mugs and had to ask someone to exchange them.
Well located. Spacious rooms. Convenient shuttle schedule. Good breakfast.

IrelandStaff were so rude. From reception to bar staff. It’s like the common theme was for them to be purposely rude upon checkin and until leaving. While checking in it seemed a major problem we were early and wanted to leave our bags. Night-time staff were also rude, especially Danyal. It was 1am and he did not have any respect for anyone checking in, he spent 10-15 minutes checking in one guest and when approached he was rude and sassy and tried to argue with me even tho I had done my full check in earlier that morning. Lastly I asked for an extra duvet in the evening and no one brought it up, I asked again the next morning and it never came up and on the 3rd ask later that night they said they would see what they could do. I would suggest retraining ALL staff to be polite, that’s a basic ask.
Great hotel if you’re going to disney. Free shuttle was a huge bonus and goes very frequently.
