The restaurant, although the manager of the hotel did help to sort it was a disaster, waiting time and no communication and then excuses The food was good when it arrived

We loved the hotel but our reception on arrival was not great . The score for staff is totally for Megan she is a star. as you cannot take dogs Into the restaurant witch is totally fine she was the only person who explained all about the hotel and explained that there was room service but we could order of the room service menu but have it in the bar. Which we did and it was delicious. She also explained that there is a park and ride bus into Lyon and it may be easier than trying to park so thank you Megan for helping making our stay at this lovely hotel special.

Nothing really.stayed only one night.

Nice surprise to find this location. Good spacy rooms and good to have dinner onsite. Bar and free parking available. Staff speaks English as well

Furniture a bit old, but ok. Bathroom very functional, though not very stylish. That's really being picky though, the place is great.

Access with public transport is possible but requires quite a long walk.

Quiet location, clean rooms and a very good breakfast. Free parking. When traveling by car, this Hotel would definitely be my recommendation for Lyon.

Very well situated hotel with parking space, for those travelling to Lyon by car. Nice garden, comfortable and quiet room. Excellent breakfast for a very reasonable price. Super friendly staff.

The only issue was that when I went to check out, the receptionist asked me for the total amount when I had already paid in full before arriving. When I replied that I had already paid, she insisted that it was a deposit and not the full amount. After calling her supervisor, she accepted that I paid in full.

The rooms are clean, the bathroom is spotless, and the place is beautiful and quiet as well as the surroundings. The breakfast is exceptional with a wide variety of food to choose from. The employees there are smart and well educated.

So far nothing disappointed

The reception, the room and the place itself. Sadly I only stayed one night, but the hotel is around 5-10 minutes from the city center, so you can easily visit something. The fact that dogs can stay is the only reason I'm writing this review. I payed 12€ as an extra for the dog, which in my opinion is totally reasonable, given that the room has to be cleaned more thoroughly. Also, only 70 euros for one night and person, given the location, is a very reasonable price.

There were some problems in the restaurent, even though we were not affected. But the management assured us that they will implement a new system to avoid such issues in the future.

Staff was very friendly. We stayed for one night on our way to the north. Perfect place for a stopover and you can wander around in the huge park. Perfect wifi.

We wanted a quiet place for an overnight stay on our long roadtrip over Europe. And we got so much more! We got warm, charming staff serving drinks past the bar closure time, we got a roe-deer quietly welcoming us under the hotel window, we got serenity where we did not expect it, we got an art exhibition in the coridors of the hotel, we got a lovely little morning walk with a view across the hils, we got to meet happy people with happy dogs (absolutely pet friendly!)

As others have already said, restaurant service. We waited over an hour in 32 degree heat for anyone to even take our order. No water, no drinks order taken or bread offered. Staff increasingly stressed and flustered. They need training since it seemed mostly down to lack of organisation.

We had two rooms booked - the rooms were together which was great for our family. We were met by a very helpful receptionist and again when we were leaving we were greatly helped by the staff. It was a great location for our needs and the secure parking was beneficial to us.
