The walls are thin and you get to hear your neighbors sometimes.

The people at the reception were lovely and vreey helpful, always with a smile on their faces.

The walls are paper thin you can hear everything, we could hear the person above us using the toilet, it’s beside a police station so there’s constant sirens, the room it self was clean but the carpet was all stained and the room was quite small. You leave the key at reception when leaving the room which is fine but when coming back we just gave the room number and was handed the key every time, I feel like anyone could of went up and asked for any room number and would of been given the key no one ever asked for our names or any proof I don’t see what was stopping someone from coming in off the street and asking for a key there was a new person at reception each time so they wouldn’t of all known we were staying at the hotel just feel like if you give a room number you should also be asked for the name on the room to confirm

The bed was really comfy the shower was really nice and the rooms were warm, it’s about 2 minutes walk to a couple of shops, and also McDonald’s kfc the metro and some restaurants are all really close by

The bathroom, though clean overall, had some traces of black mould on the grout in the shower. The bathroom was also quite small and a bigger person might find it difficult to squeeze past the loo to get into the shower.

Staff were super friendly, the beds comfy, the location not too far from the centre with some nice neighbourhood restaurants and bistros.

The breakfast did not have many choices but understandable since it is a small hotel. The room was very warm.

Friendly staff and able to speak English. Cozy bed and room although it might be a bit small. Excellent location (metro) that links to main tourist attractions (Trocadero, Gare de Lyon, Sacre Coeur, etc)

I could hear the conversation of nearby rooms, also at the time of closing the door of nearby rooms, I could hear the sound of the door as well. Also room was small.

Room was clean, It was near to Metro station, staffs were also helpful. WC and bath was clean, the building was some-how old but it has been renovated so it is almost clean. The price was logical considering the cleanses and good access. For 3 days journeys it is good choice.

No elevator getting directly to the rooms (always some steps up or down from there). The room and (especially) the bathroom were extremely small, but I guess this is a standard in a city like Paris.

The staff was really nice and helpful . The bed was very comfy and the room was clean. The hotel is located in a very nice area with a shopping center and many restaurants nearby. The metro station was situated only a 5 minute walk away .

There is no fridge in the room, the table is very small (the laptop barely fits), noise from the neighboring room can be heard quite loudly.

The personnel is very friendly and helpful, the wireless internet worked well even in the top floor, the location close to Place d'Italie is very convenient

I suppose the only thing that could have made it better would have had somewhere to relax other than the room. There is a space in reception, and they were more than accommodating when I sat there for a couple of hours till it was time for me to leave as it was late at night, but a separate section would be an added plus.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The area was also great with easy access to local amenities and public transport.

The lift takes you to a landing between floors, meaning you have to walk up or down to your room; immediately outside the lift, there is no handrail and it struck me as potentially hazardous.

All the staff were very friendly, different to the cold efficiency exhibited at many other hotels in Paris. The breakfast was excellent; good quality and variety. For the price, the room was spacious, the bedding was clean and there was good sound-proofing from the street noises outside.
