There was nothing I did not like. All is good! The only thing is maybe the size of the Hotel room is not very big, but they was working fine.

All was good and the staff was very helpful smiling, and this is really a Hotel you want to come back to. The only thing that could be better is the opening time in the SPA that should have started earlier and have been open longer.

We rented a car and it was difficult to get our car to the front of the hotel from the garage

Wine selection varied but extremely overpriced. Coffee pods in the room are bland with no milk supplied.

Well located Hotel within walking distance of everything, restaurants, bars and galleries. Beautifully decorated lounge bar area. Rooms are spacious and well equipped.

The room itself felt a little underwhelming for the price. It certainly wasn't bad, but it was lacking a little of the design panache and excellence exhibited in other areas of the hotel.

The lobby/reception/ public areas were smart and nicely designed. The spa was wonderful - one hour free for guests - with a sauna, steam room and massage pool. The attached restaurant was excellent with fabulous staff.

We came by car and had to park on a parkjng lot nearby since trafic is not allowed in front of the hotel. Later we learned from reception that hotel residents are allowed to drive in front of the hotel - i would suggest to include this information into email sent to the guest upon approving the reservation.

We are older travelers and appreciated the valet parking, the spacious room, and the property‘s close location to restaurants, convenience stores, and sights. If comfort is important-this is an excellent place. Great staff!

We visited Rennes for a birthday treat. The hotel was well placed with very pleasant staff. We used the spa and spent a couple of days looking around the city.

It seems unimportant, but it's annoying. The bathroom could have a slightly larger sink area, and the door to the toilet opens outward, which gets in the way of someone using the sink. The faucet handles at the sink are difficult to open and close. They didn't need to use a modern and non-functional design. But everything else was excellent.

The hotel is modern, with a very comfortable and spacious room. The service is impeccable. The breakfast offers a variety of options, and there is a restaurant with excellent food, although it is expensive. It was well worth it.

Wonderful modern hotel in central part of Rennes; very close to the old town and railway station. Rooms are somewhat small, but this was totally compensated by their spa facility, which was a great way to relax after sightseeing/before dinner.

I am not a fan of separate toilet rooms. I find them claustrophobic. Other than that I have no complaints.

The hotel staff was wonderful. The rooms were clean and pretty. We had a lovely view of the quiet courtyard. There were many restaurants in easy walking distance. We loved that everything in the fridge was complimentary. It was nice to not be nickel and dimed. I wish more hotels did this.

Taps

Drove there and struggled to find it because the front was boarded up, bit disconcerting. The lovely staff quickly reassured us that it was a preemptive move in anticipation of possible vandalism from the expected election protests. The room was lovely, comfortable and well designed. One small gripe, the stylish taps are difficult to operate with wet hands. Breakfast superb, madeleines! Expensive but very lovely.
