GermanySupervising SPA could be better, I had the incident with drunk guests not following the sauna rules (not using towels, shouting), drinking alcohol and playing music from portable speaker inside the sauna (!!!) and later in the chillout area. Unacceptable.
Amazing, cosy hotel, close by to the center of the town. Breakfast was great, everyday the same, but with a big choice of dishes. Room was very comfy and clean, spa area with sauna and jacuzzi and is very nice with cool view for the mountains and slopes. Restaurant in the hotel is amazing for the dinner, better to book in advance to be sure, as half of Val d'Isere is coming there to eat.

Check-in extremely smooth and efficient, indoor EV parking with charging facilities and ski lockers assigned to room. Bus stop just a short walk away with free bus service to ski lifts running every 5 minutes.

Very clean and comfortable. Decorated and furnished to a high standard. Staff friendly and very helpful. Very nice bar area with comprehensive drinks list of good quality. Restaurant excellent.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was definitely better than a regular 3 star hotel. It did not have a lavish interior decoration but it was quite freshly renovated, cosy and clean and had all the amenities needed during a ski vacation (sauna, spa area). But the best part of the hotel was undeniably the restaurant and the staff!

NorwayHeating rack in bathroom was difficult to adjust properly without either becoming to warm og turning itself off.
Room aesthetic was excellent. The reception and bar area was inviting. The luggage storage with shower facilities was a bonus. Spa and sauna was unfortunately not tried but would have added to the excellency of the place.
