We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Cosy alpine decor, spacious room with extra beds and kitchenette. Lovely balcony and good breakfast buffet, home made jams etc Location on route to ski slopes but need to drive or take the skibus (stops 50m away) Very Good restaurant at hotel opposite.

NetherlandsA very hospitable hostess, she tried to solve all our questions. Very good room cleaning every day. Nice hotel design. Quiet and cozy place. We asked for a frying pan and a knife and they were provided. Despite the fact that it is written in the kitchen that for the use of the kitchen it is necessary to pay an extra 15 euros per day, we did not pay anything extra, apparently it is already included in the price on booking.com. A convenient ski bus goes to the ski lifts every 15 minutes. Free parking right next to the hotel. A large supermarket is 2 minutes away by car.

United KingdomNothing to complain about whatsoever. Even though it’s not the centre of chatel, the hotel is in a picturesque and quiet location overlooking a river. Bus leaves from outside the hotel and it’s perfect if you have a car with easy parking at the hotel and a 5 minute quiet road to Linga and Pre la Joux ski areas that also have ample free parking. The hotel across the road has a lovely restaurant so you can also have dinner locally if you need.
Breakfast was more than exceptional! Best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Better than a 5 star hotel as Marrianne makes wonderful homemade cakes, tarts, jams, as well as a choice of hot and cold food, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, croissants and baguette, juices, tea and coffee. Kept us going all day! The room was comfortable and even had a kitchenette, balcony with a view and spare beds. It was exceptionally clean and a daily room clean. The shower was hot and powerful. We will definitely come back again, believe the wonderful reviews!
