Staff were very friendly and attentive to us as guests. Breakfast served each morning was nice although if you are going first thing some of the food is cold and still being heated in their warmers. Cannot complain. Nice restaurants in the vicinity and a short cab ride to Port Denaru.

The rooms were average enough but over all not to bad. The food on the evening menu was pretty bland and tasteless

The staff were really friendly. The buffet style breakfast was really good and had so many opinions to choose from. The pool was well maintained and the sun lounger area was really nice with plenty of shade

The hotel needs upgrades and the Air conditioner is very slow so room doesn’t cool down as you need. Lot of mosquitoes outside so cant sit in the outdoor space after sunset.

Friendly staff and customers service. I promise I worked in the bank and i can see a huge difference between the customer service that was delivered by the Mercure staff was amazing and friendly. Breakfast was great. Housekeeping was on time and like how the room is kept clean and hygiene. Overall, we like our stay and hoping in the future we could cross over your facilities again and to meet another level of customer service . Vinaka great job and keep up the good work🙌🏽

The rooms are a little run down e.g. the bedroom mirror had black marks on it, the toilet flush was loose and almost detached, the mattresses are quite thin and firm.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Check in was quick and easy. Check out was quick and easy. Breakfast was excellent. Location is central. The pool and hotel atmosphere was fun for the kids.

Would have been good to have more local dishes on the menu.

We arrived late in the evening from our flight but we were still able to get a meal. Rooms were basic but clean. We only stayed one night as we were headed out to the islands but would certainly stay here again for value for money.

The staff were clearly very unhappy to serve us dinner close to their closing time which is understandable, but not the welcome you'd expect or want after travelling. The reception staff and other staff we encountered were much friendlier however.

Room amenities could've been better. Mattress seemed too hard and single bed seem one sided, had to put cushion so our son can sleep and not fall. We could not open the cupboard door and it has funny smell when we checked in.

Food was good, the kids love it. The Staff were also very helpful and friendly Location is good, easy to find transport into town and walking distance to other restaurants and supermarket.

Some minor upgrades needed like curtains restrung on the rails, etc. However, all was functional.

The aircon only has low, medium, and high settings (no temperature or fan adjust). The fan was blowing to one of the beds quite strongly, even on low, so we needed to turn it off before we sleep and on again when it gets too hot. Surprisingly though, we didn’t need to do it too much since the room kept the temperature quite well.

Walking distance to the shopping mall, great breakfast selection and location is also not too far from Denarau Port (10mins drive). Staff were super helpful and friendly.

The rooms itself needs a bit of an upgrade. The bathroom door was broken and was hard to open and close. We had a balcony and the railing had come undone. The aircon inside the room wasn't cold enough.

We liked that customers could use cash at the bar. The rooms were very basic but I didn't mind as we were only staying there for a short time before we flew back home. We enjoyed the live music and found the staff friendly and welcoming.
