Good hotel, but there is no room service, so if you are hungry on a weekend (restaurant is closed on Saturday/Sunday) you have to find another solution to order food.

The dark-hair manager lady on breakfast was a bit too harsh on excellently performing staff.

What a treat! I stay in Prague almost every week, this was the best hotel and also best value out of the 5-stars together there with Grandhotel Bohemia (but that was a higher price bracket). We are coming back!!!!

The breakfast was fantastic, it was a buffet with a choice of sitting in the garden, the library or the main restaurant on the ground floor left of the main lobby. The art on the walls is fabulous. All rooms have a double rolltop bath tub, a rarity in today's world. The staff were impeccable, friendly, polite and well spoken. Room and bed is comfortable high quality, dressing gown and slippers provided. Beautiful views over Prague. It is like going back in time. Very clean and comfortable. Within easy reach of the City Centre. Better than Prague Castle.

What was not so great - the breakfast selection (pretty small especially in sweets area) The breakfast personell should be advised to be a bit more loose, I have noticed that most of them were trainees - they need to be inspired to overcome their shyness.

What was great - staff, decorations, cleaningness, all complementary items in the room, the view from the breakfast terrace, the smoked salmon and the egg salad from the breakfast menu, the massage from the Pure Spa (extra cost) There is a really nice vintage tram 15 meters from the hotel that takes you up to the castle on the other side of town during weekend days

Minor downsides (that didn't matter much to us): - Breakfast buffet incomplete ca. 1 hour before closing (I respect that this probably reduces food waste) - Depending on your room, with open window you'll hear the main train line, with a surprisingly loud train every few minutes (they like to honk there); but if you close the well isolated windows, you'll hear nothing - Our room had some unrepaired cracks in the wall (old building charme) and tapestry starting to loosen (less charming) - Spa exists, but most things cost extra - Parking is relatively pricey with 25€ / night, no matter if on the street or in the garage.

Wonderful historical building with beautiful rooms, great view, great location in the city center, fitness center and nice breakfast - optional on a terrace that overviews Prague. Very generous rooms and beds, and ours got heated bathroom floor - great for the winter. We will definitely come again!

The restaurant was not open in the evening The location - it is quite a long way out of the centre of Prague - at least 30 minutes walk.

The breakfast was lovely , particularly being able to sit outside overlooking the town. Sasha, on reception was outstanding - very helpful and knowledgeable with a great command of English.

If I had to complaint about something, it could only be the spacing between the breakfast tables, which was really tiny. It gave you the feeling you were eavesdropping on the neighbors table.

Hotel is really fancy and nice. The staff was really nice at all times. Breakfast exceeded expectations with good quality products. Front desk clerk was really accommodating with the parking. The hotel has a terrace with excellent views. Value for the money is off the charts.

Shower could have had a nicer shower head, also getting out was scary for us (we're short), because the bathtub is so high lol. Also flooded a bit. No biggie bit it's something to improve

It would be great if the restaurant works nights too, not only for breakfast. It has a lovely garden, so probably it works in spring and summer, but we were just before Christmas and it opened for breakfast only.

Everything was perfect, with attention to detail, really lovely - both comfortable and exquisite at the same time. The breakfast was great, tasted like home made. Also close to central touristic sights.

The only disadvantage was that the bedroom didn't have a door to the rest of the suite, so it was a bit complicated to block the light at night.

The hotel is situated in a quiet location with an easy access to a tram stop. It's not too far from the Wenceslaw square, so you can even walk to the old town. Our room was amazing. And the bed was so comfy. The staff at the reception was nice too.

Every member of the staff was professional, courteous and friendly. Our three-night stay was a lovely interlude. Our room was larger than expected, with great views. Breakfast included everything one might want, including hot dishes, cold cuts, cheeses, cereals, fruits, preserves, bread, yogurt and more. Staffed by kind people who met every need, the breakfast room overlooked the beautiful city. Great value, and we appreciated the desk reception staff whom always greeted us, provided directions, maps, restaurant recommendations, etc. Thank you. My mother passed away our first night there, we didn’t tell you, but you all made us feel special.
