The shower wasn’t that great.

It was super clean and perfectly located to explore Madrid, it’s literally just round the corner from the gran via metro station and in walking distance of a lot of the must see places. When you’re out exploring and just need somewhere to sleep this is the perfect place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Just keep in mind that there is no elevator. I was on the second floor, so that was fine for me, but if you have difficulty walking or you have big suitcases, keep in mind that you will be confronted with stairs :) But they are wide and not steep ;)

I had an evening check-in, and the receptionist was so kind to help me with my hand luggage all the way to my room. He showed me how everything worked; with the keys, the entry doors, etc. It was a very smooth and pleasant check-in experience. The location is absolutely perfect! There is a night shop right around the corner, and everything else (Gran Via, Pans&Co, Primark, Metro station) is literally a 2-minute walk. For a 2-night stay, it is absolutely worth it.

Everything was fine, the room was cleaned every day, shower was good. We were not expecting much, also the rooms are small but enough and in such a central building you usually don’t expect more.

The location of the reception was not fully clear as you had to go up a few floors to get there and the door to the reception was closed when I arrived so it wasn't obvious that's where you checked in.

Great location in central Madrid. Many restaurants, cafes, bars nearby and excellent transport links. Wifi was good. The room was cleaned everyday and the beds were comfortable. I was a solo female traveller and felt very safe there. Great value for money!

The lighting was not very good as it was an inner room. The bathtube was not very comfortable (too high).

I always choose hotels in the centre of cities. This hotel is extremely central to Madrid, you barely need to use the metro to do most of activities. Great position, quite and clean.

The wall are quite thin so noise from other rooms is clear.

An air conditioning was poor, but it worked (I was in Madrid during a heatwave so I can’t blame for high temps).

The best location for a quick city tour in Madrid. The place was very clean, staff made the room tidy every single day - felt like starred hotel.

The room was very clean and quiet and we had a mini fridge which we didn't know beforehand and the Wi-fi was good. The receptionists were very kind and helpful.

The Bathroom shower doors weren’t closing and at night it was really loud but I think that’s because we lived at the Gran Via.

The personal was really nice and they asked us every morning if we need new towels. It felt like you lived in an apartment. You also had an aircon.
